Turbo Levo SL creaking crank arm [SOLVED]

Turns out there are two bolts that secure a crank arm on the turbo levo SL model. The second bowl requires a park tool FR -5.2 cassette lock ring tool. The second bold needs to be Loctite it in or greased per the manufacturers requirements.
