Hello, i really wanna come over to see how to cook, i am in Ghana right now but never see people cooking this food, good luck
Great
Please what do you use to make kenkey
This is not dokunu it’s ga kenkey AKA Komi. Dokon however is Fante kenkey wrapped in plantain or bitter leaves called amosima dokun and the plantain leaf called NSIHU DOKON. Nkran dokun was named by the faintest to differentiate between ween the 2 tribes. There is also rice kenkey from the nee as called emo dokun. So the dokun word is a Fante and Nzemas

Thanks dear
Please do the right thing to viewers, that why some Kenney look like banku.. ** The aflata ( cooked dough) is rather 1/3, & the uncooked one is 2/3 to have the real or original kenkey
So people says it should be divided in three others says 2 parts,, which is which??
3 parts dear. One part is cooked, the aflata, then mixed with the 2 parts uncooked dough.
THIS IS THE REAL GA KENKEY CALLED KOMI. THE AKANS CALL IT DOKUNU.
When I try it, it hardens after cooling off. What am I doing wrong
It’s meant to harden after it cools off but not to the point you can’t swallow
@@BEINGJESSICA I know that but it turns out very hard, not the normal cold kenkey one would buy oo.
Add enough water shouldn't be too tick, before rapping it.
Kindly, am not impressed by the way you kept saying “Dokunu”...Please incorporate the right language here so people will be educated enough. It’s KOMI for the GA’s and Dokunu in the akan language. IMPORTANT!!!
You just Dey talk too much 🤦♀️💔
