For Aflata or Banku Part
2cups - Corn Dough
Salt - Enough to taste after you add raw corn dough
To Make Kenkey
4cups - Corn Dough. Add the raw dough to the cooked dough and mix very well, for at least 5 minutes

Ingredients
Semoule de mais fermentee
Epi de mais
Sel au gout
Method:
1)Semoule de mais separee en trois parties egales
2) laver et faire tremper la balle de mais
3) cuire une partie, en veillant a ce qu’elle et douce, avec suffisamment de sel
4) transferer dans un bol separe et ajouter les deux parties de la pate crue a la pate cuite et bien melanger
5) mouler dans taille desiree
6)enroulez une balle de mais autour de chaque balle
7) tapisser le pot desire avec la cosse de mais
8) mattre la pate enveloppee dans le pot et ajouter de l’eau pour le couvrir
9) Recouvrir de plus de feuilles de mais, de papier d’emballage ou de plastque
10) Couvrir et cuire en ajoutant de l’eau chaude periodiquement jusqu’a ce quil soit cuit et doux

Ayeeee twiiii kakra but it's hard not soft when ready cause the corn used must be more than 3 days we'll like a powder and also u must put water on fire to be hot before adding the mixture of corn dough and water to make the Aflata just try it that way

I've been watching kenkey recipes recently and yours is excellent very quick and understandable. My husband was from Ghana and taught me somewhat how to make it. I even fermented the corn flour for three or 4 days but I didn't know about three part separation so I spent a long time cooking and stirring and wrapping it up another thing he didn't teach was how to use the corn husks which is very easy to find here in New York so when I make it again I'll be so happy using the information from your video. Loved this thank you my kids will be so happy they love it with shito which I make also.
