@@peashooteranimations8082 thats what i was thinking ,of both can read inputs then what can you do? if will just read a different input if you rewind it and try again probably.
@@FreeAimDog There's that, but also AI manipulation. Because it's reading inputs, you can trick it by inputting commands to make it think you're going to do something, but at other frames do something else instead.

This game was known for it's cheap A.I, it read your inputs and countered them. It was made to be a quarter waster

@@colombo6095 The AI is super cheap. Even on low difficulty settings about two matches in the AI reads every throw and or projectile.
colombo I had this game as a kid, and I still remember that getting anywhere near the AI character would get you thrown almost immediately. It was almost impossible to pull it off by yourself. I still remember how I would cheese the AI. 🤣 It’s pretty hard to win otherwise

I really wanted to see the AI get styled on, because no matter which version of Mortal Kombat the AI is always too cheap, and even at the lowest difficulty they eventually react by your inputs.

The instant spammed Liu Kang bicycle kicks are my favorite. You might as well have him do it in one go until the entire life bar is empty.
This is how I imagine him in thier world. A character with his power would fight like this! Some of those transformations into combos are too on point, Damn near impossible for a human to do. This is beautiful!

I've never felt compelled to make a "wow you destroyed my childhood" sorta comment when it comes to speedruns and TAS, but man did you make Kintaro your little tool. It was satisfying cause Kintaro whooped my ass over and over lol
When you play a specific character like Jax or Scorpion or Liu Kang, etc. is a big awesome tas video, but when you use Shang Tsung to destroy the entire game is when the world stops just to watch your beautiful gameplay and see you how a real mortal kombat champion should kick everyone ass!

I put so many quarters into MK1 and MK2 arcade machines, that I probably could have just saved all those quarters and bought both of the arcade machines themselves for home use

Raimundo siga a dica do Maurilo, não tem como programarmos bots de forma tão fácil para lidar contra o CPU de forma tão perfeita, claro que as ferramentas permite a gente a realizarmos o que o game permitir e até muito além, claramente TAS não significa habilidade mas sim criatividade e entretenimento, é para isto que crio meus vídeos, entenda que para isso é necessário que uma pessoa jogue e grave esses vídeos jogando, todo vídeo que possui a sigla "TAS" houve uma pessoa por trás jogando o game selecionado, usando ferramentas que permitem avançar o jogo frame a frame, saves e loads para avançar, continuar a gravação e até corrigir a parte que desejar este é o conceito base de um tool assisted superplay.

I like that it's counting flawless victories even when you get hit. Oh, I'd also just add, it's been so long since I last played MK 2 I forgot Jax used to have normal arms.^_^

This was so satisfying. Legit spent 20 minutes on Shang Tsung the other week trying to beat him with strategy with Raiden and kept losing consistently. It was driving me crazy and sucks that you have to rely on exploiting and spam to beat the higher opponents.
