The spikes stage fatality & simultaneous friendship is the greatest combo I've ever seen in this game.
I remember the AI would input read your ice blast almost every time but wasn't very good at defending against the ice puddle. The AI would use similar dirty tactics to nullify Scorpion's spear, making it a tedious chore to battle with either of the original ninjas.
I also love the AI bs instant air fireballs being shut down with normals.
With Sub Zero, there was a certain distance the CPU could get to you where they would jump backwards if you threw an Ice Blast, causing them to land on it like 90% of the time. Scorpion was even more fun because if you Teleported when the CPU was close enough to you, they'd throw a projectile and still be stuck by the time you landed behind them, giving you enough time to spear them. I swear, once I figured out the trick to beating this game's AI, that was the single most satisfying thing, to repeatedly teleport, spear and uppercut.

Nothing like returning to the classics. I do still remember when we pulled the Deadpool fatality with the deep freeze thinking we'd break them but instead got thrown into the "dirty water" swim, lol. Good times.

What's a "Finish Resist"?
@@ermacn.cheese726 It's a cheat feature in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 Trilogy (a hack of the Sega Genesis/Megadrive version) that allows your opponent to still move instead of being dizzy during a finisher. Dark Noob has some videos with that hack and they're hilarious to watch. I recommend the Kabal Reverse Dramatic Battle video especially.
I like how Mortal Kombat 2 has two steps for a fatality, the preparation then the finish

This was greatly entertaining. Gangster Sub-Zero TAS MK2 run. Would time stamp but the whole thing is both hilarious and technical to not recommend watching the whole thing again.

Yeah I should bring it with the time but I can't at this original mortal kombat 2, but there is a hack rom called mortal kombat 2 plus which I uploaded about 1 week ago that allows me to play with secret boss without having any big issue during the record so I will probably record both Kahn and Kintaro at mk2+ like I did for smoke, saibot and jade.

Todo vídeo de mk2 e umk3 hoje toma insta flag infelizmente, é um erro que o youtube causa confundindo as os remasters com as músicas originais do jogo.

Sim é possível mesmo em fliperama pois a única coisa que muda é que estou em um emulador, porém para que seja possível realizar esse glitch é necessário jogar especificamente a última revisão oficial que a midway lançou na época que é a 3.1.
Para quem se interessa saber como faz, mesmo segredo do glitch que acontece com johnny cage no mortal kombat 1 que você pode realizar um movimento ou até outro fatality após realizar o fatality que arranca a cabeça, é o mesmo passo, o que muda é que você faz o stage fatality e ai você já vai configurando os botões de direcionais para realizar o friendship ou babality e ai antes do seu personagem ir para a pose de vitória você só pressiona o último botão para ele tomar a ação e assim como é com johnny no mortal 1, aqui também é algo de 1 frame apenas, tu precisa apertar o último botão bem nesse frame que vai dar certo, é difícil mas garanto que da para realizar pois já testei isso uso de nenhuma ferramenta nem nada.

Hello, it's easy just do the standard deep freeze (f, f, d + high kick then near opponent f, d, f, f + high punch) if you want to do what I did against scorpion you need to be at dead pool stage, do the same sequence and right after you did the last input for the uppercut hold low kick + low punch to throw the second player at pool.

Uma dúvida: Por que, antes do jogo, o volume do arcade foi aumentado?
O volume padrão do MK2 é baixo, o problema que até este vídeo eu deixava ele no máximo o que não é tão bom, se conferir todos os últimos que fiz recentemente eu já deixei o volume nos 70% que é o ideal.

Probably to not cause something like a weird infinite air combo, if you try to do a similar combo at mortal kombat 1 you will have the same result.
