    I took my test today! I didn’t see the national stimulation questions you have videos on. I’m in Georgia. I failed but not by much I missed it by only 13 questions. GA test was mainly made up of a lot of contract law, license law, a lot of closing cost and proration calculations, and agency representation was the main make up of the test. Also a small portion of vocabulary testing. So I have to reshift my focus of studying. I was studying the wrong material

      @Jowan_theagent Před rokem +1

      @@jonathangoforthshow7427 your welcome. Yes GA test was combined as a state test and national test combined together in one test unless others who said they had a separate state and national portion. GA has both in one it was a long test 160 questions. But it was more theory and less terminology. And lots of financial such as closing cost and prorations on the test. I did see like 4 of your style questions on the test but other than that the test was deeply worded and based on real life situations to where it has you apply the terminology with the situation so more theory. But now I know hopefully I’ll pass next time

    This one is a bit sketchy. I've been doing multi-discipline CAD design for 30 years, and have a lot of subdivision experience. If the setback from adjacent buildings is 1', which is common, and the fence is actually only half on the builder's property because of being centered right on the property line, all of these could be the answer.

    • @jonathangoforthshow7427
      @jonathangoforthshow7427  Před 6 měsíci

      You'll find a variety of questions on an exam like that can have more than one answer. And that makes it hard during the exam. What's going to happen out there in the "real world" of real estate might be different than the answer the real estate commission is looking for on an exam question. The really nasty questions are those that ask for the "best answer" when all of them might be correct.

      @@jonathangoforthshow7427 thank you for your response. Can you please explain what is the difference between the national exam and the state exam? Thank you

    • @jonathangoforthshow7427
      @jonathangoforthshow7427  Před 8 měsíci

      @@QNEZRecipesChannel Most states have 2 tests and both have to be passed. The national portion are more generic questions used in all 50 states. Those are the questions I'm using. The "State" portion are questions more specific to that state. Those questions could be "how many days are allowed for an earnest deposit check to be deposited". or "does a suicide or murder have to be disclosed". those answers differ from state to state. And then there are likely still some generic questions on thse state exam too.

    • @jonathangoforthshow7427
      @jonathangoforthshow7427  Před rokem

      CONGRATULATIONS on Passing the national portion. The vocabulary videos will be good for all 50 states since there aren't any differences for that material. I'll attach 2 videos links here for some good vocab to practice with for you. CONGRATS again on passing the national. most people think it's harder than the state portion, so I bet you pass the state exam with flying colors.

    How is #14 not eminent domain? Condemnation is just a more broad way of specifically saying eminent domain isn’t it?

    • @jonathangoforthshow7427

      It gets a little bit confusing. Eminent domain is the right that the government has. Condemnation is the process when they actually do it. Excellent question.
