I'm currently doing practice exams for the National PSI exam to finish my course in Georgia. I've taken the exam 12 different times and am finally passing with atleast 90% each time. I've studied all my notes, flashcards and exam screenshots over and over. I discovered Jonathan on CZcams yesterday and there are a few concepts I couldn't understand with all my study material and Google research but Jonathan explained the few I was stuggling with so well!!! Congrats on passing the State portion. That's good to know on which questions you're seeing on the exam. just keep studying and go pass the National portion quickly so you can be done with all of it. Then you can start making $ selling homes

I just did and passed last 3/18 for broker. There is a question about having both a real estate and mortgage broker license… in order to make a commission from both… must disclosure in writing.
