BMW e30 hard starting/flooding issue

The e30 has been being a little B**** lately.... and the strange quirks have been getting worse. So if anyone has any feedback on what might be wrong then please let me know. Its not really a priority to get it fixed right now. but it would be nice so i can be more motivated to get the body work done! Thanks guys
