In this episode of Sailing Zephyr we leave the Island of Terceira behind and go and find some new adventures on the Island of Sao Miguel in the Azores. The wonderful lakes, craters, immense landscapes just keep getting better and better. We enjoy more festivities with more free wine and food and visit some hot water springs as well as the incredible Furnas where the traditional meat dish is cooked under the ground!

I have never been to the Azores but I have to Portugal several times. I have always found the food and wine amazing.

Hey Ian! Food was incredible and so so cheap! We used to eat a full menu for 4.65 euros! 😁😁

Again, didnt get to see any Rum tasting or buying???! Why? Would have been a great 👍 time to load up on some great rums. Mmmmm

Andria! Thanks for watching and following the journey! We do drink...and love rum! We did buy a few rums not as many as we would have liked that’s for sure! We will keep you posted on any other good areas for rum!
