A fantastic live performance of a terrific song that they rarely play it live. Robert sings it even more intensely than in the official recording and the whole band is so in the pocket I can't believe it! Thank you! 🤩
Yeah, no... If you think Reeves Gabrels is a bad guitarist, you need to go do your research and listen to his work... You can say that you don’t like his style, or his songs, or say that this arrangement and/or live version wasn’t good, or even that his performance here sucks, but I actually would go so far as to say, objectively speaking, that you cannot say Reeves Gabrels is a bad guitar player. He’s actually an incredibly talented guitar player in that he is very technically skilled at the instrument, and absolutely shreds when he’s able to (obviously not all songs call for that), so it’s just plain inaccurate to say he’s not a good guitarist. It’s one thing to say you don’t like him as a guitar player, or don’t like this version, that’s all a matter of opinion and fine, but something like technical ability to play guitar is another story completely, that’s not really a matter of opinion.. ✌️
