Bicolor raspberry croissant/ Baked with me like a pro.

- Hi guys! this is my new recipe of Bi-color raspberry croissants. I used natural food color from red fruits extract, but you can also use a regular food

Raspberry Dough Recipes
300g croissant dough
5ml of natural red fruits extract/ or regular food coloring.
5ml water.
Method: in a mixing bowl put the croissants dough add 5ml of natural food coloring Mix for 1 min. Then add 5ml of water.
Mix until you reach the even color.
Wrap with cling film and chill for 30 mins.
Unwrap the dough and pass it into dough sheeter
Til 25cmx25cm in size.
Spray some water to croissant dough in order to stick the raspberry dough into croissant dough.

There are organic food colors (made from fruit/vegetables) that could be a possibility, too. It looks like these are very similar to croissants, except croissants are made with butter and it appears that these are made with shortening. If you have a pasta machine (I do), I would use that rather than trying to roll the dough with a rolling pin.

These are so beautiful, I’m struggling to make them at home. Ambient temperature is 30C so hard to do. Even chilling in fridge once you take it out, once u start rolling it out dough becomes too soft! Not using ur recipe though. What’s your ambient temp? Air conditioned right?
Air conditioning yes ideal temperature should be 18c.

Thank you so much! In this video I’m just used a simple syrup, but also you can use avocado oil.
For a simple syrup just
150g white sugar
80g water
Just boil till become syrup.
and let it cool before using.

Hi yes vent is necessary, any brand it doesn’t matter. I’m using convection oven roller grill.
When you say you add the colour to 300g of croissant dough, is that dough already laminated with butter or is that the dough before you do the lamination?
Hi non laminated after mixing your croissant dough you can straight take out 300g.
