Yep, she's a great boat. Very versatile and can be adapted for different play styles. It was my most played ship until my Le Terrible overtook it and that may one day be surpassed by Le Fantasque. But T-61 is one of the best DD's tier for tier and if you go full torp build you can get that torp reload under 60 seconds (I ran Bey on it forever but decided to try a Von Spee torp build recently and use the Gaede as the gunboat.)
You really want to have some fun xarkun use the blue furiosa commander from the Halloween event the reload gets dropped to 45 seconds on torpedoes with the mosquitoe brutes skill
Can you do a ranking video of premium Battleships? Sorted by tier I guess. Or could you do a video ranking each countries' tech tree (ei: USA followed by France, or Japan followed by Russia, etc.)
Maybe one day you can get it for free somehow. I can't remember how I got it, but I think I pulled it from crate. It is hands down the best T5 DD in the game. At least I think so.
If you put spee in the 61 you wont have to waste the time thinking whats the best tier V destroyer (its not even close). Blue is great for the meme build

T-61 with the Halloween commander Blue is lots of fun. Almost as fun as the Kamikaze for spitting out torps

There's no point in Spee if you happen to have Blue who's better at the torpedo focus and has a better base trait.
