Probably 0% cement and 80% concrete. Cement makes for terrible structures until you add water, rock and steel.
Well yes, he poured a metric ton of concrete under his garden to stabilise his underground bunker. I was actually suprised that he could dig down so deep on the sides without hitting concrete.

Only about 500kg. In comparison, think about how small and thin your car chassis is and that handles at least a ton.
