I was picking up my grandkids at school. There’s a soccer field at the school. Also another big area of grass connected to it. I saw an old guy mowing in the distance with a single blade mower. Me and the teachers were surprised. I walked out to talk to the guy. The church that runs the school has this guy work for them. He said the riding mower is broken. I loaded up my mower and knocked it out. My baby is a 22 horse power Husqvarna with flames.
Loved the video! Thought I'd offer a bit of advice to remove poison ivy oil. Take a square of paper towel. Get it wet. Squirter Dawn on the towel. Fold to distribute the soap. Unfold towel. Starting with 1/4 of tha towel, wipe spot where you have poison ivy blisters or feel the itch beginning. Fold towel in half & wipe firmly. Fold towel and wipe firmly. Do this as long as you feel an itch. My husband reacts violently to poison ivy. I do this for him and no blister appear or they disappear quickly. Try it. What have you got to lose?
Such a pretty little single-story Victorian. That gingerbread trim on the front porch says this was once a beautiful, LOVED home. Hopefully it can be again.
Maybe, but by the looks of it it's probably a tear-down. It's just so rotted out that the repairs would be too costly. Especially trying to keep it in-period. Just sucks when these beautiful old homes are left to rot. They really don't make them like they used to.

Such a shame to see a period house going to rot. Really cannot believe the size of the plot that house has. Credit to you and keep up the amazing work.
Totally agree it's a shame this house was left to rot. The front architecture shows individuality and pride of craftsmanship. Too bad they don't build houses like this anymore. Everything is seemingly cookie-cutter, quantity over quality. Awesome cleanup...amazing how just a little landscaping can instantly improve the value of a property.
I hate seeing beautiful old homes decay. This one is truly charming in a nice, mature setting. I wonder where it is, does anyone know? Once I became a homeowner I realized they’re actually organisms that require constant care and attention. Not some inanimate object that can withstand decades of neglect.
I don't understand how or why your community allows these homes to just remain vacant for so long, and also not maintained. If they were taxed for being vacant and unkept maybe owners would sell them. Here in Toronto they would build 3 houses on a property that size!
I can imagine how beautiful this home was in its day. Love the porch. When i saw the backyard i could imagine a huge garden filled with vegetables and melon plants. Yes, please do the nextdoor property. Thank you for all you do for the communities.

You do amazing work. I sense it heals a part of you because you’re passionate about what you do, you help the community and you make an eyesore turn into sparkles. Yes, a charming house that needs alot of love. Someone is paying taxes on that property. They should offer a low price, snag someone with a creative heart and restore it to it's original beauty. GREAT JOB SPENCER!!!
I don't know what regulations are like in the US, but i've restored and worked on properties in the UK and Ireland - this place looks rotted through; the siding is missing all above the porch, the decking is all warped, the railing and columns don't look good, neither does some of the roof areas. I have a feeling this would nearly be a full rebuild and that's why as nice as it was once, probably why it's abandoned now.
I just LOVE the face of this house!! ... the huge curved porch and the peaked roof over it!! ... You did a lovely job cleaning it up!!.. I bet the neighbors loved it!!

@@SBMowing I think I saw the roof on the house next door was compromised (big holes) so mowing the lot may just make it easier for the demo people to get in. Same as the brothers house last week. Keep up the good work. I enjoy your effort.

As a senior citizen, I always imagine that the homeowners were an elderly couple or a person with no family nearby. The house was probably left to someone out of town who just pays taxes to keep it in their family. SB Moving, you gave life and hope to this beautiful Victorian home. Perhaps, the owners will now see purpose in renovating it for sell or rental. Great job!
Such a older home was once upon a grand and lovely. You helped make that evident. I would hope someone would once again take care and restore it. You did a fantastic job.
Such a gorgeous property and beautiful little house- the transformation really shows the thought that went into this house, with the two perfectly placed trees in front❤ That would be a dream renovation for me. This is my favorite before and after so far!
It is heartbreaking to see so many of these old homes with all their handcrafted details just falling to pieces. So glad you could help perk the neighborhood back up. Great work, Spencer. Love to you and Mrs. SB.
You did a great job on this property! It's a sweet looking house in spite of condition. Might be too far gone, but the neighborhood looks nice and it has a nice large lot. Too bad some family doesn't snap it up now that you have the property looking so clean. I vote for you to do the adjoining property too!
Would love to see this beautiful home restored too its original glory. My fingers itch just looking at it. Hope you SB get the pleasure doing this as I do watching the transformation. 👏👏
this is the kind of stuff "squatters" are useful for, not taking advantage of families of recently deceased parents whose children are struggling financially to maintain the house they inherited
I'm from Florida and I don't go to bed unless I watch one of his you tube videos. God bless you I wish you where down here. I love the way you help people out. I love this old house is beautiful
Hey, nice job. I've been a horticulturist for almost 50 years and I know how much work that is. Cudos for your time and effort. Believe me it doesn't go unnoticed.
It's a shame that there isn't a tool that scrapes lawn off sidewalks. You know, similar to those linoleum floor removing machines. Love watching you transform these properties!
Years ago, in the wintertime, my dad went to the hardware store. He stumbled upon an ice fishing tool that they use when cutting the hole in the ice. It is on a long handle and is a flat blade, maybe 6 inches long and 8 or 10 inches wide. It scrapes ice up off of the sidewalk and drive better than anything else. It also has a fairly sharp blade so that you can cut thru the ice as well. While watching Spencer attack the grass grown walks and drives, I have thought that that ice cutting blade would be a great tool to use. It would slide, with some pressure, under those roots and separate them from the cement. Worth a try, anyway. If nothing else, you would have a new winter weapon when attacking ice.
Watching these videos is a wonderful reprieve from all the political and animal neglect videos I usually watch. Thank you, Spencer, for helping me maintain my sanity. And, also, I am going to purchase a weedeater myself to maintain the yard of property that I am renting. Here in Arizona, at least where I live, there is no need to be concerned about overgrown sidewalks and lawn edges. Just out of control weeds growing over rocks. Thanks for the inspiration. Blessings always! 🙏😊 Something else, love the architecture of that house. That could be a dream house of mine if I could afford to restore it. Again, Spencer, a million THANKS for making that property look WONDERFUL! I will check your videos to learn whether or not you worked on yard of the other abandoned house. 😊
Bruh, You are truly an inspiration for many of us - not only by showcasing the work that you do, but the love you put into it. Thank you so much and may the God we serve continue to bless you in ways that's beyond all our understanding.

Yes, a charming house that needs alot of love. Someone is paying taxes on that property. They should offer a low price, snag someone with a creative heart and restore it to it's original beauty. GREAT JOB SPENCER!!!
Or not paying taxes
I don't know what regulations are like in the US, but i've restored and worked on properties in the UK and Ireland - this place looks rotted through; the siding is missing all above the porch, the decking is all warped, the railing and columns don't look good, neither does some of the roof areas. I have a feeling this would nearly be a full rebuild and that's why as nice as it was once, probably why it's abandoned now.
I was just going to ask, what state is this beautiful home located, If anyone knows? 🤷♀️
I just LOVE the face of this house!! ... the huge curved porch and the peaked roof over it!! ... You did a lovely job cleaning it up!!.. I bet the neighbors loved it!!
Such a hardworking young man. I'm praying for your good health everyday. 🙏🙏
Hello maria
Yes! Do the one next door too! This is amazing work!
I am sad to see abandoned houses when so many people need to be able to purchase an affordable home. What a world! SB makes things brighter for us all.
Thank you! Will do!
@@SBMowing I think I saw the roof on the house next door was compromised (big holes) so mowing the lot may just make it easier for the demo people to get in. Same as the brothers house last week. Keep up the good work. I enjoy your effort.
Most times it’s bc it’s a family home & they can’t come to an agreement about the upkeep, taxes etc.
Yes. Do the neighboring house. I love old houses. It’s a shame they are abandoned. I hope they don’t stay that way long. They have a lot of character.
Changing neighborhoods one property at a time.
Thank you for all that you do and God bless!
Thank you so much for the support!
@@SBMowing You're Welcome So Very Much There My Good Little Bro Spencer Of SB Mowing & SB Pressure Washing
Thank You So Very Much There My Good New Friend Beth
God bless you for the amazing work that you do for humanity
@@SBMowing hi
The landscaping of the property really brought out the architecture of the house. The front porch looked unique and beautiful. Its bittersweet that the yard looks great now, but unfortunate the house was not maintained.
Damn!. There was sidewalk EVERYWHERE!. 😳. This has got to be so satisfying for you
Oh wow those edges were very overgrown good thing you like those types of jobs and you really do make them look better once they are cleaned up and tidy again. Keep up the awesome work Spencer and have a great weekend with Mrs. SB.
Thank you so much!
I'd love to know the story behind all these abandoned old houses, when they were built, etc. This would have been a lovely home in its day. I love how you include lots of photos from different angles. Great work! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
What a charming old home. A little tlc and it could be made beautiful once again!❤😊
Great job, Spencer. You're the definition of a good neighbor. I was a bit sad to see the back field/yard get cut because of the loss of habitat for birds and other citters, but truly an amazing service you gave. Thanks for the reminder to do good deeds.
Society needs more men like you! You AWESOME!!!
I don't comment often, but DANG. Those sidewalks were insane, and that back yard was a meadow! You DEFINITELY should do the next door house!
By all means, do the other house for the next video!!! I'm so impressed by how you've grown this site & monetized it just by sticking to your original idea (I remember when you didn't have commercials nor all the website merch LOL!) 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Such ashamed to see once a beautiful house filled with love family can care go to waste. You are truly amazing guy to help out strangers and take the time to care for their lawn for those who cannot.
SB king, go for it. Every good you do will multiply. I know the community you have already cleaned up must be grateful for your hard work and if not don't worry, we your followers know that good people get 7 × bless. Keep moving forward with what you lo🙏
Spencer,
You always do such a great job on these neglected yards. You always leave the lots, streets and curbs clean. You are doing such a favor to these neighborhoods. God bless you for all you do. You are truly a remarkable young man.
Thank you so much, your support really means a lot to me!
It always makes me so sad to see some of these old homes in such decay oftentimes I think of the love, families, memories made in them...then you just bring back all of it. What a beautiful person you are Spencer you've made a few neighbors happy today am sure..much love from Canada 🧡
I’d love a highlight supercut of all the neighbor and owner interactions!
This place is crazy overgrown. It’s a good thing you’re not afraid of work. If I was one of the neighbors there I’d take up a collection and pay you to keep it mowed. Bless you young man. Can you imagine what a beautiful place this was in the past. It would cost a fortune to build one that detailed nowadays. ❤
This house looks like it was the cutest little home for someone. It's such a shame that now it is falling down. Your cleanup looks great. Seeing the next door property would be great. I love how you are doing a service for your community and able to be compensated at the same time. Amazing business model.
I bet that was the nicest house on the street when it was built. Thanks for restoring it to some of its former glory. I'd be your assistant, for free, ANY day, helping with the blowing and tidying up. Hugs from Canada.
Hi Spencer you’re an angel in human form. Your heart is big enough to allow anyone helpless to fit inside. Thank you for your wonderful equipment, your selfless acts of kindness and most of all the time and energy you put into doing this work. ❤😊❤ GOD SHALL BLESS YOU ABUNDANTLY my dear!😊
Sad to see the beautiful detail of that front porch. I can imagine the inside is probably full of beautiful woodwork. Another couple of empty houses waiting to be flipped. I am always amazed at what you uncover. That is sooo much work!
I was definitely tired after this job! Thank you so much for watching!
This is a beautiful old house, even in disrepair. You’ve given it dignity and brought it up to its former glory. Thank you Spenser. Keep up the good work.
I'm sure the neighbors appreciate your work.
It's kind of crazy that local community lawncare people don't bother with things like this🤷 You're a good guy working for the various communities. That says alot about your character. You deserve thanks and appreciation for serving the community just because you're a good guy.
He has 2 million subscribers he's making a fortune putting out these videos.
not really that takes a lot of time gas and effort that’s unpaid unless you monetize it like he does
It's always sad to see such neat houses going to rack and ruin. Astounding how even clearing the curbing makes a huge difference. That would have made some good pasture land for a few animals. It would be great if you could make the neighboring house look as good.
I hope someone restores this house.
Also .. yes to do the one next door.
Interested to see the crazy mannequin in the back yard!
Guy YOU will Never KNOW your Value to us less fortunate ppl ! 95% Mobility Gone by 22 years of M/S I Personally Thank You ! ✊✌
The way you pay respect to the neighborhoods you visit with your community service is incredible, you are a great human being, hahaha, hahaha, hahaha!!! Keep up the good work, it will all come back to you positively.
Satisfying end results, back breaking work though! I can’t stand a messy yard, this guy kills it.
I bought my bad boy lawn mower last year and it to weeds and brush that stood over 16 feet tall down in two passes , It is a bad boy indeed
Thanks to SB Mowing at this vacant house that needed a major transformation. The neighbors were happy to see SB Mowing perform their magic transformation, and what a magical performance act was done. Surprise the property looked amazing. Thank you, SB Mowing for completing your act to perfection. The Neighborhood and the Community take pride in your Free service. 👍🏽👍🏽⭐️⭐️💯🎈🎈💙💙.
It hurts my heart that such a cute house is left to decay. And it has a nice piece of property.
What a cute little house, can you imagine what it was like back in the day! So sad! You gave it a great facelift by just doing the lawn, edging & hauling off branches! Yes please do the yard next door! Thank you for all that you do for the communities!😊💜
Good morning Spencer.....these old houses are cool. They were amazing in their day. If walls could talk.
Oh I thought the same ❤
Phenomenal as always, these sidewalks were a workout. 🙏 for your back. Have a great day.
Thank you for giving it the care it deserves.
These old house bones are stronger than anything built today. It would be great to see someone buy & restore.
Once a grand yard in it's day. ❤
@marylevin9262, it was a grand home in it's day. I love these old houses. It's a shame they are let go & forgotten. My hope is someone will see it's potential & restore it. ❤
So satisfying to watch. Great job!! This is literally the action that saves American neighborhoods everywhere. Thank you❤
Hreat job, SM Mowing! Such a beautiful old house! Sad to see it abandoned when it should be lived in and loved on! Great memories to be had!
Please do the second home of the two abandoned homes side by side. You do awesome work! I love to see the cleaning you do. I ‘m bed ridden now but felt the same way about laundry and such. Just a good feeling of something dirty being so clean. God Bless you always!
I love when you expose the sidewalks and make the neighbourhoods accessible again. Thanks for making such high quality content.
ETA: you should absolutely do the house next door.
There was that point early in the video, about 5:25 when I sat forward and said out loud in wonder, "There's a curb in there!"
It is heartwarming to see a young person with so much dedication, discipline and pride in his work. Thank you! It is rewarding to watch the whole video and see the end result. Bless you.
hey man i am from Poland and wanted to tell you this: you are doing an awesome job. with that work you are bringing smile for peaple who lives thereand also motivation for them and also for me to take care of my own yard and garden. thanks alot man. keep doing great work. these world need more peaple like you!
I cant get over the size of that yard! What I could do with that much land is beyond imagination. A big garden for sure. The house is really cute also but it may be to far gone to save but I sure wish someone would. Great job once again on another lost home
You could build another house in that garden, it's enormous!!
I love this house but sad to see its deteriorating state. Wish could go back in time to its origin. Spacious yards were probably the normal back then.
I couldn't believe how big the back yard was!
Beautiful yard and a job well done once again Sir!!!
Yes do the neighbor yard what a beautiful little house today🌞
As a senior citizen, I always imagine that the homeowners were an elderly couple or a person with no family nearby. The house was probably left to someone out of town who just pays taxes to keep it in their family. SB Moving, you gave life and hope to this beautiful Victorian home. Perhaps, the owners will now see purpose in renovating it for sell or rental. Great job!
This one very special person...and not even getting paid...??..an angel.
Such a older home was once upon a grand and lovely. You helped make that evident. I would hope someone would once again take care and restore it. You did a fantastic job.
Yes, please do the yard next door next week as well. I'll watch, like and comment.
I need this guy to come to my house and do this ❤ He's so thorough and conscientious ❤ And he does most of these for free to help the community 😢😊
Someone please restore this cottage. It oozes charm and the trees are beautiful.
What an interesting house. It’s a shame it has been left to fall apart. Great job cleaning up the neighborhood.
So many abandoned houses. It’s almost criminal how many there are! Kudos to You for caring!! Amazing work ethic.
En so many people homeless....
this is the kind of stuff "squatters" are useful for, not taking advantage of families of recently deceased parents whose children are struggling financially to maintain the house they inherited
I would love to see you do that lawn! I want to see that mannequin!!
There actually is. Fills lawn care has one, it’s like a huge wire brush that turns and it works like a street sweeper brush. Then he shovels it up❤
Years ago, in the wintertime, my dad went to the hardware store.
What a beautiful looking old home, I never imagine this type of house when I think of America. Lovely in its hey day
Watching these videos is a wonderful reprieve from all the political and animal neglect videos I usually watch. 😊
Great job Spencer.... you are inspirational to so many people! Thanks for saving this house from drowning in overgrowth.🌿👍
Bruh,
You are truly an inspiration for many of us - not only by showcasing the work that you do, but the love you put into it.
Thank you so much and may the God we serve continue to bless you in ways that's beyond all our understanding.
Absolutely mesmerized.....I could watch you all day 😂
Much love from Australia 👍🙏❤
I love this beautiful old house!! I also wish someone would restore it too ! She deserves to be loved again! Your hard work on the yard may get someone interested in buying it. Now everyone can see it. Keep up the great work!! The yard looks great! Yes, please do the house next door.
Oh my gosh what a mess those sidewalks and street curbs were. I'm saying you don't need a gym membership after what you do every week with a shovel..
Great job on the lawn.
You bless so many cleaning up lawns and making them look good for the community.
I was pretty sore after this job! Thanks for the support!
