    You need closeups of the scissors. Can’t see them.

    Thanks for the info. Do you recommend Thinners/Blenders/Chunker for a Westie head and skirt.

    Very much enjoyed this video. Very informative. I would like to know how many teeth you would suggest for each of the three scissor types, blenders - clunkers - trimmers. Would be helpful. Thanks!

    Would love a demo on trimming cocker ears - I just struggle with shaping them evenly - any tricks would be great! Thank you.

      Make sure the under part of the ear is nice and shaven. Your comb is your best friend. Look past the hair. You want to trim the hair when the dogs ears are resting in their natural position (I do a lot of weird noses to get them to do that) you want to look past the hair in the front and look behind it. Look at the ear from every angle, the front, side and look behind. I usually see most of the hair I missed when I look behind. Comb, comb, comb!💕💕

    Why don’t you put the correct name in book or internet so we know which one we need to by.

      Hi Linda, we'd recommend using the thinners for an imperial full coat

      @Christies Direct which one. I don't know which one. Being a pet owner I'm not needing what you use daily. Curved scissors right handed. I'm having problem learning the back of the leg under tail. I need a clipper .. learn how to do tail. Need more videos on shih tzu techniques with top knot.. paws. Chest.. scissor cutting..

    I don't think I heard the word "wire" in the whole video, so what would I use to clean up a Cairn's face after stripping? I'm not trying to be a groomer and I clip where I can, so I only want 1 pair. Inches, brand, and type?

    • @ChristiesDirect101
      @ChristiesDirect101  Před 2 lety

      Hi! If you are hand stripping the face and just want to make the hair less chinky, then a pair of thinners would be best, just to remove some of the excess hair whilst making it look natural theres are a great quality for an affordable price: christiesdirect.com/groom-professional-allievo-thinner-scissor-range.html

    Can’t see the shears on close up, so can’t see the difference between the shears. You keep showing me things I cannot see in your video. Otherwise would be a good video. Thanks.
