  • Do you find Thinners / Thinning Shears / Blenders a difficult thing to master in Professional Pet Grooming - or even if you are a Home Groomer trimming your pet at home? Well, don't worry, it's difficult for EVERYONE! There is a feel that comes with practice, but at least you can know the common applications of thinning shears for grooming in a pro-environment! And yes, technically, the type of shears we are using are called Blenders, but the Pro Groomer lexicon (at least at this point in time) generally refers to this type of equipment as a Thinner or Thinning Shear. Stay tuned for more on this subject - it's a bear, but it's fun! (Promise!) Thanks for watching!

Gina, all the video I watch don't mention this "bounce". I notice groomer will move hand a bit. I don't know what is that and why they do it.
This video is the first that teach what is "bounce". I really appreciated your video. Now I understand 200%.

Hi Helen, thank you! We've never DNA tested, but we think Havanese and Spaniel (so Havaniel? Or Spanese, lol?) Maybe we'll test one day and do a big Genetics Reveal party! 😅 Thanks so much for watching! 💕

@@helen6191 Aw, thank you! If you are ever tempted (and I hope you are!), take a look at Cavalier King Charles puppies. They are as sweet as they come and have beautiful Spaniel eyes. I recommend this breed to anyone looking for a sweet disposition, and I'm sure one would help you with your fear. Good luck and thanks again!🙏
