    on a side note, the 0.85 value on the metallic input looks good, but it breaks the PBR rules for materials. metallic value should be either 0 or 1 with few exceptions for things like rust. you could achieve the same effect working with the roughness and specular... great material other than this small detail though ;)

    Hi there i like your video but i have one question how to make a paint like midnight purple I was looking for doing it but I can't find any tutorial I will be glad if you do video like that

      On the color ramp node change the black to whatever color you want the main color to be.

    Nothing happens when I attach Texture coordinates to mapping unfortunately. Blender 4.0

      @@user-bu4ox7sj4d What worked for me was to just use the scale in the mapping node and bump it up to something like 1000 (keeping object - vector connection)
