A very nice video and layout. I have plans to expand my own HO scale layout (which uses Unitrack), though as I'll be modeling a 1940s-50s steam-era mountain railroad town, I don't believe mine will look quite as modern as yours.
Make a video to show us your work progression. I'm sure we'd all like to see it! I like how this guy ran his trains (I know it's 6 years ago, but still...). He ran them at scale speeds, not like some of these Lionel "toy train" layouts which run at 300 mph!! 😆

I've been working on my layout plans for the better part of four years, and have dedicated spaces in my basement for both the layout itself and building structures, though I have yet to get the benchwork built. As for running my trains at scale speeds, I will most definitely do so, as I made the mistake of running one of my trains at full speed a few years ago and ended up burning out the motor.
