  • These Garlic Butter Buns are soft, airy, aromatic & so buttery with the star ingredient Limited Edition Rama with Butter Margarine.

    Garlic Butter Buns Ingredients (makes 15/16 buns):
    * 4 cups all-purpose or cake flour
    * 10 grams instant yeast
    * 150 ml lukewarm milk
    * 80 ml lukewarm water
    * 3 eggs
    * ½ tablespoon salt
    * 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
    * 3 ½ tablespoons Limited Edition Rama with Butter Margarine
    For the garlic butter topping:
    * 3 tablespoons Limited Edition Rama with Butter Margarine
    * 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
    * 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
    Method:
    * To a mixing bowl, add flour & Limited Edition Rama with Butter Margarine & use your fingers to rub it into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.
    * Add yeast, sugar, salt & mix until all the dry ingredients are combined.
    * Beat 2 eggs & add it to the dry ingredients.
    * Pour in lukewarm water & likewarm milk.
    * Combine with a spoon until it forms a shaggy dough.
    * Place onto a floured surface.
    * Knead for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth & pliable.
    * Place into a lightly oiled bowl & toss the dough in the oil to prevent it from drying out.
    * Cover with plastic wrap & allow to rest for 1 hour.
    * Once rested, punch down & divide into 15-16 equal portions.
    * Roll each portion into a ball & place onto a lined baking sheet.
    * Cover with a dish towel & rest for a further 30 minutes.
    * At this point, preheat the oven at 180° Celsius.
    * Beat 1 egg in a separate bowl & brush the egg wash over the rolls.
    * Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
    * Whilst the rolls are baking, get started with the topping. To a pot add in the Limited Edition Rama with Butter Margarine & crushed garlic. Stir on medium heat until it becomes fragrant & then add in the chopped parsley. Mix well.
    * When the buns are baked, brush over the garlic butter & enjoy!
