  • Tiramisu is one of my absolute favourite desserts. If you haven't tried it as yet then this is your sign to head into the kitchen & whip some up!
    ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ CLICK FOR INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
    Tiramisu is an Italian dessert made with Lady Finger biscuits also known as savoiardi or boudoirs. The authentic way to prepare this dessert is to of course add in liquor - a variety of alcohol can be added according to your preference such as Kahlúa, Tia Maria, Malibu, Port, Brandy, Irish cream & so forth - I prefer it without alcohol so I opted to making this Non Alcoholic Tiramisu - it's perfect for the kids as well!
    Also keep in mind that I have added cream to this dessert which isn't authentic but I prefer cream over egg whites (I did not want to add raw egg whites without them cooking through so feel free to switch it up if you want to).
    If you do however want to add in the alcohol, simply add it to the mascarpone mixture when adding the vanilla essence, if you want to amply the taste, add some to the coffee as well.

    Thank you, this was the first dessert I ever made, and it turned out great! Making again with some improvement I dipped lady fingers for too long last time and not enough sugar increased that. Keep tweaking till I get it the way I like Thank you once again.

    Hi. Hope you're well. I actually tried a version without egg and it was really nice. I was not keen on using eggs even tho it was over a boiler

    Thanks for this. I'm not a never-drinker, but prefer not to and prefer non-alcoholic. So this recipe is a must try.

    Vanilla essence has alcohol tho

      @eatmeerecipes  Před rokem +2

      I was being more specific with the alcohol which is usually used by soaking the biscuits in them 👍 having vanilla essence in baked goods or desserts is still child friendly as well as compared to the biscuits being soaked in it

      I’m Muslim so using vanilla extract is a tricky thing cause it has alcohol and although 0.1% or less is allowed in food products as long as it doesn’t intoxicate, the issue is with the source of alcohol also

      @@AK-tv6ci ah okay understandable, maybe just omit the vanilla essence then 👍

      @@AK-tv6cihi brother I'm muslim too hmm I have found a solution try using vanilla essence in a powdered form like vanilla powder that is completely halal. Jazakallah o khairan and have a great day or night

      @@AK-tv6ci Im muslim also and every scholar even the strictest say vanilla extract is permissible as the alcohol is so little and after baking it's essentially nonexistent.
