I live in the bay area and that wind was rocking my apartment building, it freaked me out! Also, a trick I learned is that you can always head to a hospital parking garage to ride out bad weather and/or spend the night, nobody thinks twice about a person sleeping in their car in a hospital parking lot, it's perfectly normal.

You are so positive and then so happy when you got to the front of the van--you made my morning--one where I awoke with back pain and sadness for not being able to do what I want to do. Loved the squirrel and snail pictures.
No need to apologize for the lighting, etc. You're real, the environment is real. You live real. It's ALL great!! Enjoyable you and that's why I watch!
Just a suggestion, after you get your bedside table and potty in place, you could hang one of those shoe holder bags down the van wall. Secure it in place at the bottom for convenient, lightweight storage!

If you want somewhere to go for a change you could try a public library. You would find some nice seating spots where you could read a book or magazine for free. And being a library you won’t have people talking to you!

Working out my back made such a huge difference! I hate the gym but having a stronger back really helped hold myself up better, made my body feel less painful. It made it a lot easier to work out the other parts of my body
I hadn't even thought about doing my back, if I'm being honest. But that makes so much sense. I've been doing stomach for core. Forgetting all about the back. I'm a dork. Thank you for telling me. :)

I read that winds need to be above 90mph to flip a car. That is some fast wind. Hurricane time. Interesting. When I was a kid in Indiana. I would love to stand outside in super strong winds that held me up when I would lean into the wind. I was probably about 80 lbs. So lonnnnnnng ago.😊

I'm an old girl and not very flexible. I can get through to the front, but I can't reach the lever to push the seat back so I can get under the steering wheel. I'm small, and the seat is all the way to the front. Congrats! You did it!
Yes, I totally get that. One of the reasons I was so worried about being able to get in the front was because in my car one time, someone parked too close to the driver's seat, so I had to get in from the passenger seat. And I literally could not move from the passenger seat to the driver's seat cause the steering wheel was in the way! So I totally get you. I'm glad to know I can get in the front in an emergency. But I definitely prefer just getting out and going through the door. So much easier!
FYI there is a Coleman stovetop oven! I saw someone bake muffins in their van.
