The way he was downshifting climbing that little hill tells me a lot about the lack of power from the motor. Didn't mention what brakes itm has and 400 wh battery is tiny.
Gazelle Medeo T9 City: As was mentioned in the review, the Bosch Active is the lightest level of support. As for the Bosch 400Wh battery, it is small. This is Bosch's most efficient motor and most people will get at least 50 miles of range and plenty of power using the eBike as intended.
