I tell you what, you and Malcolm Moore are killing the instruction content right now! Great stuff Sir!
Tommie this is great content, way more intuitive for my understanding.
Would love to learn how to handle different snow textures while going fast as a beginner as I get nervous when it gets bumpy for example!
Love this idea, may end up filming a video about this today. Appreciate the insane donation and good vibes.
I just got back from Big Bear and I definitely put these techniques to use. I've been doing knee steering but now I was able to really carve. It was nice looking behind me and seeing a pencil thin line in the snow!
Great video showing the transition and difference from skidding to carving!
Fantastic timing as I look forward to my upcoming SB trip. Thanks for the great vids as always!
I am gonna watch all of your videos to pretend I have not forgot EVERYTHING
Love you tips TB. Will be saving this one cheers 👍🤟
Great training vid! 🏂
Tommie this stuff is gold to teach my students. Benetek gear is lookin dope, too.

This was a great video, thank you very much love, peace and good energy ❤️🙏🏻
Step 4 is the hard part. Crazy how many riders cant do that
Hey man! Let’s get to it. I have been riding an OG Forum destroyer 154 forever now. So comfortable with it, not broken, don’t fix it. Shoulder reconstruction two years ago, and two ruptured disc in the back this past summer, from welding bridges; I have decided to just stay directional for the joints. So…I bought the Sashimi 160. Rode it for three days here in NC. Stiff as a 2x4!! Have to be super aggressive on driving my carves. Feels like a rodeo, any advice?
Man, I was carving yesterday heelside and rode into someone... I need to be more aware.
Carving where you have to have your body outwards is easy for me but man putting your body in front to carve the other way is so much more scarier i cant trust myself yet lol
I felt like I made a lot of progress today with carving instead of skidded turns until I started messing up again when I got in my own head. I think I was exaggerating my turns too much, my s had some round c’s
Hey when I was on toe edge for a few runs, my metatarsal hurt a lot on both sides. It happens only when I go down steeper hills. Is there any way to correct it.
The internet seems to suggest getting an insole that provides arch support.
So at no time is opening the door & squishing the bug with your knees used?
For more dynamic stuff yes but the weight transfer edge to edge is the best place to start.
Thats knee steering
@@brianp9268 Yeah i know. Just wanted to confirm there was none.
