    It help me alot thanks I had struggle with bed all my life i fast but when I fast for too long I relapse not big like before but I do relapse

      That happened to me, I fasted on too little calories for a bit too long from the day before and by the time it got to 11 am the next morning, I inhaled everything the rest of the day. It’s such an awful feeling constantly binging and then doing well intermittent fasting for max 1-2 days. And intuitive eating doesn’t work for me because I overeat. I just need to not be home because I eat out of boredom in the house

      @infireme8735 what is helping me is being on a calorie deficit and planning my meals ahead is not easy all the time but I am trying to stick to it
