Great presentation. I'm sold on the helm master and will be upgrading! I couldn't understand the purpose of Zig Zag until you mentioned finding fish. Or for us it's getting close and finding that reef marked on the gps. That's a great looking helm however I think every boat manufacturer should have the throttle levers mounted on a flat helm instead of having it vertically mounted where up is forward. It looks way too easy to bump on the boat in video. I know neutral hold is that purpose but perhaps neutral hold should be a default or a "dock mode" created where it locks neutral hold at startup? You see all these boaters accidentally hit the throttles and the boat in this video is a prime candidate for such.
Hey there! Sorry for just now responding. Spot Lock with Helm Master will be more stable than a trolling motor and will also be able to hold a heading. A trolling motor will hold position but the stern will swing into the prevailing wind and/or current. A twin engine Helm Master can hold the boat's heading and position in much more severe conditions than a trolling motor.
