    Using saline rinse for a few months saved me from years of nasal discomfort and swelling no more steroid sprays no more congestion medicine wrecking my liver just a rinse when i need it

    How do u think someone came up with saline wash? Did they just inhale the sea and was like “hey! I can breathe now!”

      Yep, that is true !! Anf old man told me that when he was young he take in his palms some sea wather and inhale that in his nose . He told me that from that day he never ever have that problem

    I use navage and that machine gets rid of everything at the back of your nose / throat and a bit near the ears too.

    I have one side completely blocked. Should I spray inside the nostril that is unblocked or the one that is blocked . Does it even matter.

    I usually do it by tilting my head back.
    I lay down with my head lolling, I squeeze the saline and I let gravity do the work

    Just make sure you used DISTILLED water, and not regular tap water.

      ​@@ftfgamer999In a clean container, mix 3 teaspoons of iodide-free salt with 1 teaspoon of baking soda and store in a small airtight container. Add 1 teaspoon of the mixture to 8 ounces (1 cup) of lukewarm distilled or boiled water. Use less dry ingredients to make a weaker solution if burning or stinging is experienced.
