Surprised that they wanted mass on him. Every ounce saved on him can be used more efficiently around the car. He definitely needs to have endurance, but you can build strength without creating hypertrophy.
Is he over 80kg?
He is in the 72 kg area, but still, lighter is better as far as the weight being used elsewhere in the car. @@jivewig
@@azmidlyfthere is a 80kg min weight rule since 2019. Meaning for every kg a driver is below 80kg, that much amt of ballast is put under the seat.
