Please tell me how anyone can join william junior Academy. I want to become F1 driver. And I'm hard training too. But I need guidance 😭

Williams have found a few of their drivers from GB3 in recent years, both Zak O’Sullivan and Luke Browning were both signed after winning the GB3 championship.
As a rookie, it’s good to have a solid skill level in both karting and sim racing. So I would say start there.
After that, get some experience in cars, maybe Formula Ford or Ginetta’s. These Race on UK Tracks.
From there, GB4 would be a good place to go, because if you win that championship, you get a discount when joining GB3.
Then, win the GB3 championship, which rewards you with an FIA F3 test and go from there.
In regards to Williams specifically, they have a reputation for selecting academy drivers from GB3 level, so do the business there and see what happens.
You need a last name that had racing potential.. like Block, Schumacher hell even Latifi's grandma can get it hahaha
