you know lisa,just as you said that you miss the behind the scenes and talking to the chefs and listening their stories and tbh i too love that but am kind of an introvert but these little things( your 3-4 mins videos) encourage me and i can happily say taht i have grown,not much but yaa there's progress and now whenever i eat something that just blows my mind, i talk and compliment the chef who made it and like to hear how they made it and how they came up with the recipe....so i guess i owe you a thanks too

As a Mexican-American, I’ve never felt very proud of my culture or where my family came from. It wasn’t until recently that I began to appreciate and love my culture! Lomo Saltado is my fav, but yes the Tallarín Verde or the Papa Rellena is delicious. The Papa or Yuca a la Huancaina is classic and tasty. Another favorite is Cancha!
