I have my reservations about Jackie. I don’t agree with her opinions on Jen, but I still am very much enjoying her on the show. Also, I was happy and touched to see that she had ice cream for the first time, and with her children. I’ve had an eating disorder for a brief time in my life and I know exactly the thoughts she’s speaking about when she eats. It’s refreshing to see a housewife opening up about some more personal, and a much more vulnerable side of you besides your marriage.

Watching Jackie discuss her eating disorder has made me want to take control of my own issues after 25 years of not eating enough, I love food but just can’t eat. There’s not enough awareness about under eating, everything is focused on obesity. Here’s to Jackie 🥂 & here’s to you 🥂
Well done Jackie, recovering from an eating disorder, sharing, opening up and being raw is hard for us and to see her do this on tv takes her strength to another level, her kids will love her for this and appreciate it, she isn't wrong for how she thinks but to see u do need these times with our kids, i didnt wait to long my daughter was 4 when i aye ice-cream with her, dairy to us is bad so it's something my head understands... what Jackie should do to get better is leave the show , she should not be on a toxic show like this if she is suffering or backsliding, it not good for her or her family. she does not want her kids to know well lady, your kids know , kids are more perceptive than us adults would admit also , how dim is she to think they not going to find out about all this, she is on a damn tv show. I felt for her when she had that Ice Cream but to see her kids even saying "mom does not like it" and their faces showed they have an idea of what is really going on that killed me more. for her to also say 13year old girls are not yet worried about their bodies in one episode, that why she is not really worried about her daughter right now about these issues is her being ignorant, all girls start feeling awkward about their bodies from as young as 11 nowadays. Me too in 74 long before anorexia was talked about had friend for 4 yrs took vitamins ate only cottage cheese she drank but ate rarely and very little. After learning about disease wonder if still alive.

Jackie refused inpatient therapy when she was recommended it, refused the second recommendation too, but did show up to a therapist with a camera crew and her own "therapy" suggestion, which she then sold as doctor's orders to her husband. As someone who pays attention and that doesn't give a shit about moral signaling I see straight through this BS. She doesn't even think she has a problem she just wants the sympathy and relevance.
It’s a story line to be a sympathetic character and have everyone call her brave. Why did she finally tell her husband the “truth” and get help as soon as the filming started? How has nobody else picked up on this? I had a very very severe eating disorder for a decade. The real kind where you’re in a hospital bed with tubes feeding you through your nose. There were always lots of attention seeking people in treatment alongside the real sufferers. No one with a real eating disorder of 20 years decides to face it on tv the day cameras start rolling. And everyone is playing into her hand. And one more thing- it’s triggering as all hell. I can’t believe the professional therapist she is seeing is allowing these conversation publicly. Everyone in the treatment industry and everyone with a true eating disorder knows that there’s a twisted competitive nature to the illness. Jackie doesn’t know because it’s an act, but the therapist knows and doesn’t care to get her 15 minutes. Sorry not sorry.
I love you Jackie and so proud of you. I struggled with ED for most of my life. I’m now 63 and can finally say I’ve been healed. In my late 20s until 50 my eating disorder consumed me. I still struggled with the urges of it on and off for years after but now at this age I can say I do not have those urges anymore. Thank You Jackie your an amazing women

It's called a lack of social skills, education, maturity. You can clearly see and observe who is and who is not. And, you can clearly see and observe who is/are creating the real problems within the group. I.e. Margaret and her husband are trouble makers and her husband is a liar.
Bill talks a good game during the Aftershow however, while filming, he really doesn’t standup for Jennifer nor does he try and stop her from doing/saying things that she’ll later regret. Bill needs to protect his wife by advising her what to and not to do on camera, which will leave her open to criticism. Bill does a great job at protecting himself.
Bill cannot teach Jennifer how to be a housewive and Jennifer cannot teach Bill how to be a surgeon. The other husbands are too involved, they act as if they are also housewives. Pathetic.

Season 7 Frank was the first person to tell Dolores she was wrong for walking in Kim D’s fashion show because he 1) he knew the type of person Kim D was and 2) it would come back to haunt Dolores, which it did. That's a far jump, beer is made out of yeast and if anything fills her 😂, you never see her trashed and how do you know she’s not counting those calories as well? I wonder how someone surviving an ED and showcasing that very vulnerable and much needed relatable content, possesses you to find a failure and judgement in that? I have my reservations about Jackie. I don’t agree with her opinions on Jen, but I still am very much enjoying her on the show. Also, I was happy and touched to see that she had ice cream for the first time, and with her children. I’ve had an eating disorder for a brief time in my life and I know exactly the thoughts she’s speaking about when she eats. It’s refreshing to see a housewife opening up about some more personal, and a much more vulnerable side of you besides your marriage.
I agree with her on Jen and I was also happy to see her enjoying that ice cream with the kiddos too.

Watching Jackie discuss her eating disorder has made me want to take control of my own issues after 25 years of not eating enough, I love food but just can’t eat. There’s not enough awareness about under eating, everything is focused on obesity. Here’s to Jackie 🥂 & here’s to you 🥂

I felt for her when she had that Ice Cream but to see her kids even saying "mom does not like it" and their faces showed they have an idea of what is really going on that killed me more. for her to also say 13year old girls are not yet worried about their bodies in one episode, that why she is not really worried about her daughter right now about these issues is her being ignorant, all girls start feeling awkward about their bodies from as young as 11 nowadays. I feel for her struggle I have friends with same struggle but when I asked them about their feelings on her they agreed she is putting herself in a very toxic situation

Me too in 74 long before anorexia was talked about had friend for 4 yrs took vitamins ate only cottage cheese she drank but ate rarely and very little. After learning about disease wonder if still alive.

Jackie refused inpatient therapy when she was recommended it, refused the second recommendation too, but did show up to a therapist with a camera crew and her own "therapy" suggestion, which she then sold as doctor's orders to her husband. As someone who pays attention and that doesn't give a shit about moral signaling I see straight through this BS. She doesn't even think she has a problem she just wants the sympathy and relevance.
It’s a story line to be a sympathetic character and have everyone call her brave. Why did she finally tell her husband the “truth” and get help as soon as the filming started? How has nobody else picked up on this? I had a very very severe eating disorder for a decade. The real kind where you’re in a hospital bed with tubes feeding you through your nose. There were always lots of attention seeking people in treatment alongside the real sufferers. No one with a real eating disorder of 20 years decides to face it on tv the day cameras start rolling. And everyone is playing into her hand. And one more thing- it’s triggering as all hell. I can’t believe the professional therapist she is seeing is allowing these conversation publicly. Everyone in the treatment industry and everyone with a true eating disorder knows that there’s a twisted competitive nature to the illness. Jackie doesn’t know because it’s an act, but the therapist knows and doesn’t care to get her 15 minutes. Sorry not sorry.
I feel so sorry for women they have deal with all this shit and protect the whole family. It's exhausting. Like give it up.
I love you Jackie and so proud of you. I struggled with ED for most of my life. I’m now 63 and can finally say I’ve been healed. In my late 20s until 50 my eating disorder consumed me. I still struggled with the urges of it on and off for years after but now at this age I can say I do not have those urges anymore. Thank You Jackie your an amazing women

Bill talks a good game during the Aftershow however, while filming, he really doesn’t standup for Jennifer nor does he try and stop her from doing/saying things that she’ll later regret. Bill needs to protect his wife by advising her what to and not to do on camera, which will leave her open to criticism. Bill does a great job at protecting himself.

I believe the reason why Teresa won't engage in an argument w a man is for safety. She's obviously been hurt physically by a man and she knows it's not safe to put herself in a vulnerable position. I try to avoid the same situation....I survived 22 yrs of abuse by the exhusband....u learn safety from experience

Margaret has such a double standard. Her “getting along” with Bill and “being grownups” and moving on from her spilling the tea about his cheating. On the other hand, Teresa is SUBSERVIENT to men because she’s nicer with them than with the women. Margaret can’t even see her own BS.

One thing that confuses me about Jackie’s decision to open about this year is her alcohol consumption. If she’s willing to forgo eating to save calories, but has no problem chugging beers, there maybe some underlying drinking issues as well as the ED
That's a far jump, beer is made out of yeast and if anything fills her 😂, you never see her trashed and how do you know she’s not counting those calories as well? I wonder how someone surviving an ED and showcasing that very vulnerable and much needed relatable content, possesses you to find a failure and judgement in that? I think you need to educate yourself on ED’s and understand that in that state of mind before you go making toxic assumptions
