To clear things out, It is a little bit wrong cause The narrator of the video said "It is prepared throughout the year for any special occasion during festivals and the holidays", maybe in few provinces but not whole country prepare this on a festival or holidays. We generally prepare Lechon Manok or Lechon Baboy. It should be Balut (Boiled Fertilized Developing Duck Egg Embryo)
