Yea I think that’s exactly what happened to the Knicks crowd and team last year in the playoffs vs Atlanta. I wasn’t there but based on things I’ve heard, I think these guys nailed it. When a crowd doesn’t trust the way a game is going …basketball is so much about momentum. Probably why a team like golden state is always so consistent. Their crowd always trusts their team. We will see if Boston’s incredible defense breaks the crowd or not this series.

Home team only wins 55% of the time in recent seasons, compared to the 80s and 90s when it was around 65% and it was higher before the 1980s. In my opinion, this was the Suns best chance at a title because next year there are at least 5 teams in the West that will be better...including the Clippers, Nuggets, Pelicans, Grizzlies, and the Warriors. Not to mention the Bucks out this year. I also have big questions on whether the Suns will match offers for Ayton. If he leaves the Suns will be a 4 or 5 seed next year.

Bro I feel so bad for him. He didn’t deserve that collapse after that hard fought season he put in. We all know his work ethic was there…can’t say the same for some of his teammates…

Did JJ ask how the team felt after Booker and CP taunt? Or the Luka Special from Booker? Was a hell of a series! Go Mavs!!!

JJ is 100 correct on the Mavs drive and kick and reliance on 3's, that can work, but as we saw it does and then does not, 1 piece is missing, the true 7 foot rim presence but with Luka and JB that big man has to be able to move and shoot mid range, kinda need KG or Duncan to be 24 again and join the Mavs lol

Man, I hope this playoff loss serves as motivation, and not completely break them. I feel like once they started getting a lot of recognition as “Title favorites,” they got skittish and not natural. I feel like they felt like they just had to show up and deserved the Title after Milwaukee last year.
That game 7 was absolutely atrocious. That hurt my soul lol.

Basketball Gods always get their way. The Suns acted like clowns and were feeling themselves because they had the best record. Booker acting all tough and then can’t stop anyone. Stay humble.
