EXPERIENCE THE VINTAGE "HEARTBEAT" TOUR

This programme documents the history of this 1950's style Bedford, 41 seater SB3/60893 with a Duple Vega Body. It includes meeting one of its previous drivers from Scotland. And then we take a journey on the Vintage "Heartbeat" Tour travelling through the North Yorkshire countryside from Whitby to Goathland (Aidensfield in the hit TV drama "Heartbeat") and visit some of the locations used in the filming. Narrated by Ex-BBC presenter Graeme Aldous. ( Note only a couple of the characters in this programme). Running time: 60 minutes. Picture Format: 16:9 Standard DVD only. I once owned one of these. I was almost identical, except for the condition of course... I bought it from a bloke for £80, who had left it for YEARS at a railway yard at Ockley. Surrey.
It was almost identical to this coach but had a circle moulding in the middle of each sweep, about half way down each side.
But we got the petrol engine running after a bit of messing about and eventually drove her to her new life of adventures with equally excited passengers !
Her reg. plate was 70 RME and was eventually sold via the 'Exchange and Mart' for £250 to a man who lived in Romford and I last saw her at Stonehenge free festival in either 1983 or 84. I wonder if she has survived ?!?
