Talking to Russians about RT, it became clear that it is two organizations. RT in Russia is state, pro-Putin propaganda, and is obviously so. Many Russians in Russia hate it for this reason. RT for broadcast outside Russia is much more crafty. It is created to attract people who question the narratives of Western media and its biases. It trades on the residue of leftist thinking, which equates the Soviet Union with anti-capitalism, and therefore its successor state, Russia. RT makes many programs to appeal to this notion, and so is able to recruit a lot of leftish westerners to a pro-Russia way of thinking - not realising, and incapable of realising that Putin's regime is now full-on fascism engaged in a genocidal war. They swallow all the anti-Ukraine propaganda without question. These are what Soviet propagandists termed 'useful idiots'

However, anyone with a journalist's or cynic's eye would not be taken in by the underlying agenda, but still enjoy the content. I was hoping, in the early years, that the Russian government and RT would head on a different path than the one they took but so much for that. These dudes are crazy. The difference is that I, as a Ukrainian, would not hesitate to condemn my own if this, was there speech and intent. I as an American, would feel the same, way about Americans who said things like this.
Why are Russians so cruel in their speech and action?
Hubris. It precedes the tragedy of downfall.

RT has been saying crazy things like this at least since 2012 when I started watching. How is this anything new for them? It is only now that my own country has recognised that this refuse is too disgusting to allow.

My grandfather also served in ww2. It makes me proud that we had honorable men to fight for freedom and human life. I pray our generation and step up to the plate again. There are evil forces at work in the world trying to make us into North Korean zombies. The evil will fail with people like you. Love your channel and that you are speaking aloud for all to hear.

I'm so glad you said something about this. I am reading horrible/bigoted things about ALL Russians. I have Russian acquaintances here in the US that I worry about daily. Blanket hatred of anyone is very dangerous propaganda. We need people like you to help the world understand there are psychopaths in every country and every walk of life, I believe this guy is a psychopath. We need other Russians to counter this narrative. You are a good man and are doing a great job.

Here comes the message from Finland. I also heard Krasovski's comments yesterday evening. I was shocked. Then I was angry. And finally I was very sad. I can see clearly one big difference between Russia and Finland - here, in my country, this kind of man, that Krasovski, will be in prison for his words. No doubt. His carrier will be over.
Interesting to see who long he will be waiting for come back to the television show again.
