- A quick review of a tachometer for use with electric motors or glow engines in model aeroplanes. Its a G.T. Power RC Professional Tachometer, which is relatively cheap and made in China.
Great review, I use mine all the time and I love it.I have had zero problems with it. Took a couple weeks to come from China but it was worth the wait. It works great outdoors and seems pretty accurate from what I can tell.
Great review mate tks
Thanks very much for the comment, its appreciated

Hi, does this use reflective tape? Ty
No, thats not needed
What kind of batteries it uses?
Does it have auto power off?
Thanks for your videos!
Hi, it uses the small round 3V batteries, CR2032. Yes it does auto- power off. Thanks for your kind comment.
Where did you get it?
Jim Slaughter Hi there, I build and fly in Thailand, this is where I got mine in Bangkok www.minircflying.com/index.php?lay=show&ac=article&Id=524311 sure it must be on ebay, perhaps, good luck 😉
I've been thinking about getting one! Are you still happy with yours
I did really like it, but it stopped working after a couple of years, but i did get a lot of use out of it in that time. Got a slightly different one second time round, but that was a cost based decision
@@MarkRobinson555...Well got a "new" one at a Swap meet yesterday...Was quite happy since I spotted it at the last minute...Decided to check it out at today...😭😭😭😭...Battery was left in it...Cooked the circuits....It's dead on arrival...So, thats $15.00 shot to heck....😭😭😭...Had a Globee red one back in the day...Never failed to work....
Can you use this on a nitro car
Sorry, I don't know anything about cars, so I do not know
everyone is out of stock. Bummer.
They're everywhere on eBay
