I love doing this detox! I have done it a couple times already as well. The hardest part for me is figuring out which snacks to eat. Do you have any snack ideas that you don’t mind sharing?
I would rarely do the snacks before so I’m keeping it simple. I only got edamames and green beans to snack in between. If I get bored I’ll make another store run and look into more snacks. I’ve tried the apple snack with peanut butter and nuts before though and it was definitely satisfying. I would say you just look at the snack list and see what would satisfy you best since we all have different taste buds. 🔥😋
We can mix snacks?? I thought it was like pick one from the list and that’s it. Today was my first day and I did just veggies with hummus first and then an egg, and I caved and did just a small tablespoon of peanut butter bc I needed it to pull through lmao. I’m doing a cup of chai tea now at the end of the day and feel good. Since day 2 smoothie is lower calorie, I’m going to do the salmon and veggies for dinner tomorrow. I’m tracking it on cronometer just to see my nutrients and macros.
Did you personally exercise while u were on it?
I bought her detox but my smoothies turned out really thick and chunky. How do you make yours so smooth?
Maybe... add more water?

Do you ever add protein to your smoothies?
Not anymore, but I did in the past. You can do a scoop. I would just rather have it as a snack by itself.
