A general tip: If you want to coat your veggies in oil and then salt and pepper, do it in a bowl. If you drizzle it over on a sheet pan like they're showing here, you're gonna waste way to much oil and everything isn't gonna be coated properly. It might be an extra dish to wash but it's worth it.
facts!
That’s really helpful!
Yup…that’s what I do
@@stefskyes Thanks
Exactly what I've been doing for years....
The ability to eat the same thing everyday for a week is a superpower
Yeah, I'll try food prepping, but it will definitely NOT contain rice multiple days in a row.
These are for 3-4 days, not a whole week
@@Evija3000 I'm guessing you're not Asian. I've had rice every day, every meal for months before BUT with different stuff every time. Rice is more of a filler, that has no taste, you eat it with stuff.
@@gwot I get the idea, but I prefer fillers that have some taste like potatoes or buckwheat, at least to eat multiple days in a row. Also yes I'm not Asian, but European and I'm just more used to things like potatoes and I know many variations and meals to do with them. Not so much with rice.

Actually, can y’all put up more videos like this? Imma poor college student and I need videos like this to help me make more healthier food choices
FlavCity with Bobby Parrish
tasty....meaning the channel, "Tasty".
Do not eat whatever you cooked after three days
Same.
@@LtThompsonCS i agree with you on that ..... he is incredible at what he does
I only made it half way through the video and I'm hooked. I work 55 or so hours a week trying to pay off some loans and with high gas prices ( cost me over $300 a week for gas) I need a cost effective meal plan and be able to prepare in advance for the week ahead. So, not being the most creative type of person, I came across your video and I can see the ease in doing this. Thanks for the nutritious and thoughtful way to prepare in advance. Thanks a bunch!
I love how you get right to it without all the unnecessary chatter, and the music so satisfying to watch! Thank you! 🤗💕👍🏼
You have to let food cool uncovered before putting in the refrigerator. Especially when meal prepping! Thank me later.
Why is that? Does it get soggy?
@@BigBootyBatman the temperature of the fridge goes down with hot food inside
Funny.. I was thinking the same thing
You have to let food cool before putting it in your mouth too.
Ciao!
She's right. It's because the condensation that happens when hot food is covered, will spoil the food faster. So it won't last as long and yes, to the person who asked if it gets runny, depending on the food, it can mess with the consistency.
Looks delicious! It'd probably taste even better if I got someone else to do all the cooking for me haha
Jenni Campestrini I will cook for you.
actually bet it taste a lot worse then it looks. cant just throw everything on a baking sheet and blast it at 425.
Dustin Surprises simp
the prep takes a while but he oven does the cooking for you
No it's always tastes better when you eat the food That you cook! It's so satisfying to eat the food that you made after putting so much effort in it XP ;D
Thank you for making this! I just did the salmon one, and it's amazing. Going to try the chicken one next
One of the most practical and tasty versions of this I've found. Thanks!
Nice vid!
I love the relaxing music!
As a bachelor who never learned how to cook, this is a god send. Thank you!

These look amazing. Will try this next week. Thanks 💛
5:44 did you just start cutting that onion with the skin on?!
Tom L so?
@@soop8665 what do you mean so?
Tom L i mean it’s not a big deal
@@soop8665 eating onion skin or picking tiny bits out of the chopped onion?
I feel you ......
Great ideas and fairly quick. Thank you for sharing 🤩🥰🙏🏻
The fact that it's for 4 days and not 5 triggers me
The USDA says you can leave cooked meat in the fridge 3-4 days, I doubt buzzfeed wants to be responsible if they contradict that and someone gets sick. Even if it's unlikely that someone would get sick.
@@bobbob2932 Oh wow that actually does make sense. I just thought that since friday is part of the weekend, Buzzfeed assumed that we get more to time cook or just go out.
I always freeze my Weds-Friday meals.
@@josedelacruz1270 Does that work out pretty well? Is there certain containers you use to keep the food fresh?
@@GloriasVlogs you just freeze in glass Tupperware
I knew which foods I need to eat to lose weight, but I didn't know how much. Diet plan I got from *Next Level Diet* contains portion sizes for every meal. Fantastic!
I've tried one of these and I loved this. Thank you so much. It was delicious and I actually got really full aswell. I will try to do the other ones too, cant wait 🙌🏼🙌🏼😍
Everything looks amazing!!! 👍🏾
I've tried all of these recipes now except for the last 2 (they just don't look "my style.") All of the ones I made have been absolutely amazing! The salmon ones I've made multiple times now. The taco bowl was a hit with my bf. Thx for the meal prep ideas! 😊
Can I ask did you reheat the burrito bowls in the microwave or just have them cold? I just made them last night and looking forward to dinner !!
@@fa9913 try both and see which u like better lol
Make it for me please 🥺
Able to keep for 4 days and it still stay fresh?
@@lyndatan870 yes, they are good up to four days as long as you wait until the meals are cooled to room temp before putting them in the fridge
That music though. Got me in the mood in the morning to cook for my boo lol
Each one of these would be perfect for my family meal for the night and at least two lunches the next day!
Absolutely amazing. Thank you. I have zero creative attributes so this is perfect for me. I love youtube so much.
Great tips...thanks for sharing. I can't wait to try these recipes.

Great looking meals. Thanks!!!!
Every looks so delicious and healthy. I'm definitely trying more than one recipe. Thank you so much.
Also, for the hummus, did you intentionally skip the 'Tahini' (sesame seed paste, it's a key ingredient).
I can hear Gordon Ramsay's voice saying "garlic, olivoil, and let it rest... beautiful"
Are you an idiot sandwich. 🤣
"Store in the fridge up to 3 days!"
*makes 4 days of food*
Grow a pair, My bad you could be female...l apologize in advance

Great recipes, and what better time to start cooking yourself! Save money and eating healthy. The prices of fast foods have gone through the roof.
The chicken salad recipe was bomb. I ate with wheat didn’t have pita so delicious.

My balsamic sauce didn't come out with the same consistency as yours... and the olive oil is quite separated. any idea why?
I loved it !!
I like the salmon , humus meals .

Which of these will freeze well?
Im so hungry why do i do this to myself

My main question is, how do you reheat all of these? Just in the microwave?
it is cool eat or reheat again before eat?
