You destroyed Broderick bro! You need to come to Pittsburg with me for Canton Ave-allegedly the steepest in the USA
I’m in 😎
As a Pittsburgher who has ridden Canton, I agree. It's a short hill, Takes under 30s, But it's a WALL...
Yes ride the dirty dozen on the Sat after T-giving and see all the steepest - and brick and cobbles - Pittsburgh has to offer!
EJ, love the content. FYI Rand Miller, who holds the first KOM, was smashing the NorCal scene back when P12 fields were often 100+ deep and we had to deal with guys like Evan Huffman, Andrew Talansky and a loaded Bissell squad amongst others...
Rand has some seriously impressive KOMs and are for sure legit
As someone who raced (poorly) in Norcal long ago, Rand Miller is a name I will never forget. He had a great blog back in the day before there was anything like youtube to get the lowdown on what racing in the P12 was like.
For sure! My mistake! I definitely misspoke in the moment!
Loving the local city footage. Gnarly is the only word for these climbs. Cannot believe you did all these in one day!
this was so dope. crits are cool and all, but man... climbing is just so fun and dramatic
Strava content is some of my favorite tbh this was super fun!!
I thought it was going to be cheesy with a fast trio drafting and sniping KOM’s. Good to see for the most part the solo efforts on some insane but fun segments!
Come on EJ, you're a natural sprinter, you can bridge big gaps and now you're a respectable climber? What can't you do? Well done!!
This reminds me of the Dirty Dozen a bike race is Pittsburgh PA that climbs the 13 steepest hills in the Burgh. The steepest is Canton Ave which is the steepest road in America.
Such a fun episode. The coasting segment was awesome! Guess Sean wears aero socks? 😆
Big grin on my face through this one. Super fun!😄
Good stuff EJ! S.F. has some gnarly KOM efforts (especially when compared to us here in Florida). Looking forward to the vlog when EJ upgrades to white cycling shoes!
Thank you! Working on it 😉
You should definitely do another video like this. Great content
This is great content. You guys look like youre having fun, love to see it
So good! Love it!
8:47 lmao that KOM 23.3 mph my ass
A little fishy eh? 😂
Vibes were immaculate!
Climbs never can go wrong
Rand is/was Legit ! 👍🚴♀️🚴♂️🚴♀️Going to edit my own comment…So looking forward to seeing Sean in future Nor~Cal Races 👍🚴♂️🚴♀️🚴♂️
That was some good training and a fun video.
Me and my friends did exactly the same thing. We would not paddle and super tuck and see who can get the furthest without pedaling. 😂👍
Shout out to the shout out. It's been giving proper credit since 2004.
🙌🙌🙌
love this vid! ...but also finding it hysterical that young guns are questioning who Rand Miller is and labeling him sus 😆
Great content!! Keep it going, also which graphic do you use on your display?
Garmin Virb!
Bay area looking beautiful on this day
you guys are some beasts!!!!
Hill climbs are awesome!
Ej I’d def join ya on a group ride with this ride. Live in Campbell, ca. Would be sick!
Nice vlog EJ. But if you want people outside of USA, Myanmar, Liberia, and the UK to be more engaged with the content in add the speed in KPH as well.
Would love to do a group ride of this route when I move to SF in a couple of months! How do I hit you up to organize?
I secretly went with u guys, but when u guys did that coast game i was still trying to finish the first hill. No sweat, ill get better. 😆
Amazing, my legs were screaming just watching...
Looks like fun!
It made me laugh to hear you refer to S.F. as "the city." I used to live in Santa Rosa, and it totally took me back to those days.
!! ya'll cray! in the best way
Shout out Sean’s little bro with the SDSU sweater!!!
let's go Aztecs!
Qetone needs to be taken after a long ride it is a slow source the idea behind it is so you don’t need to use the source from ur liver for your recovery.
No HR or power data is suspicious for a KOM, but not as bad as an average speed of 440kph which is the leader bard sped for a local beach side segment here.
I’m pretty sure it’s some smartass in an F18 Super Hornet cos they often do low fly bys.
Somehow would like to see EJ challenge the Mt Hamilton!
Besties 😂 Hey to you broseph 🤙
What cassette are you using?
Rand Miller for the W.
“Yayayayaya duuuu”
Miller is legit. Next time Sean!
I ride Strava with no HR or power Data either. Just gotta look at dudes other rides and you'll quickly see their mettle.
One of those segments where I would just pee instead of PR 😂
How many Stop signs did you run? 😅
My legs hurt just watching this. 😞
I tap out on anything over 22%
I’m learning I should too…😂
8:57 18s KOM LOL 🤡
In the dark ages of 2013, a few brave souls still found ways to ride bicycles without power meters or heart rate monitors...
There was something wrong with EJ's camera in this video. There was cyclists showing in front of him.
LMAO
No power data is acceptable but no HR they lyin!!
First🤪
Second 🙀
Nice work Sean. Killing it as always.
An american wearing gobik gear? that is new
Sean should get that KOM. KOM's should only be given to those who have power and heart rate data.
no HR data, no Power data = no crown in my books and strava shouldn't allow it
Wtf man. Not everyone can afford or see the need for a powermeter. Gatekeeping af
I agree but if you want to be in the top 10 at least have HR
You gotta do a collab with Mitch!
He’s a homie! Definitely will!
