It's bc it came off his first solo album which is very obscure because when it was originally recorded they screwed up and recorded it too fast so most copies of that album sound super high pitched. Glad it's getting more recognition now because there was definitely some great material on that album.

Probably not, it’s only going to be released on Vinyl part of the Billy Joel Album Collection comming out in November.
