That someone was me. Widevine Level 1 allows HD on Netflix now on my MatePad 11. Of course you can receive Updates installed with Aurora Store. Though you need to trigger the update manually and install them one by one manually

Hello, can you plz check with Yandex browser and HOS on the MatePads? On the desktop version, we can add apps to the left sidebar which when clicked open up as a separate and dedicated window for that app. For example, Twitter, Yandex translate, CZcams, etc. Also, shortcut of the same can be on desktop which again gives you the dedicated window.

Yeah Petal Search is only optimized for phone. It has some compatibility mode for this but I rather would lile to see a better app. As for Samsung phone connecitvity what exactly do you want? If you want it to behave more like Samsung maybe you should've bought a Samsung tablet!?

Whenever I selected a part of a text it shows me that i can translate that part on an iPad. By the matepad 11 I don't find this feauture. I'm from Germany and mainly use this Pad for my studies. Sometimes we get English textes, I would like to translate some parts of them by simply selecting the part I wanna get translated. But when I open a PDF document via. books, it does not show me the feature with the trasnlation. Can you help me, please?
Yeah I speak german. The books application is just a viewer only. I would recommend maybe WPS Office or another PDF Reader that supports translating. In WPS Office you can mark text and share it directly to a translator. Unfortunately the AI Touch option (2 fingers press and hold on the screen) in the global variant somehow does not allow you to translate whatever is on the screen. I liked and used this feature on the MatePad Pro (Chinese Variant) a lot. Maybe I can ask Huawei why it is not on board here. But until Petal Translate or Translator is ready I think you need to find a PDF Viewer that offers translations or use it via WPS Office and the mark and share option with Google Translate or Microsoft Translate or any other translator installed that you like.

I read a lot throughout the day on it. It features night light (blue light) filter and also ebook mode that is good for reading ebooks. I personally rather use my Mate Xs which has the same feature instead of the MatePad 11 as I find the Mate Xs more compact to hold when reading. Though yeah depending on how you hold it the MatePad 11 can work too
You can only use the website or use a wrapper like gspace. If you only need the mails use Huawei's EMail app it can add Gmail aswell as any other E-Mail provider to handle your mails

I am ordering it to Finland as there is no Huawei Matepad officially selling. 1)Will there be a warranty for the product ? 2)Is it a good deal? 3)Does the tablet hold up in performance and battery for the coming 3-4 years. 4)Will it get a Harmony 3.0?
@@davidsanchez2580 Me too. I don't pay attention to the battery life as I just have 2 classes per week when I use and watch some content on weekends. So I don't know how good the battery backup really is
There is no desktop mode for the MatePad 11 so far. MatePad Pro also does not change the app to pc mode as it is a mobile app optimized for phones most of the time
There is none sadly. Huawei said they are working on it but I did not see much last time so I suspect they delayed it and probably HMOS 4 will deliver a new one

Es steht leider von Huawei keine neue Version zur Verfügung. Geräte eines Herstellers sind nicht miteinander kompatibel. Also die Übertragung von Daten funktioniert mit Huawei Share er überträgt nur nicht die Memo Notizen und bringt die Fehlermeldung zu alte Person, was sicherlich eigentlich alte Version heißen sollte.
Also ich habe das Problem mit meinem P30 noch nicht gehabt. Huawei Share klappt da. Memo Übertragung habe ich noch nicht getestet, da ich dafür die Huawei Cloud verwende. Sag mir mal was genau gemacht werden muss. Ich teste das mal gegen die aktuellste MatePad 11 HarmonyOS Version (es gab ja jetzt schon einige Updates)

You can use any bluetooth keyboard but there is no alternative for the keyboard case design afaik

Man merkt das es etwas flüssiger ist. Aber das liegt auch an Harmony OS
