I have the X7 Ultra and can't understand Oppos camera decisions: 1. In Photo and Portrait Mode the contrast is way too high, the Details are too low, but HDR is pretty good 2. In Mastermode (Try exposure: +0,7, Sharpness: +50, Contrast: -20, Saturation: +5, Vignetting: deactivated) the Details are much higher than in Photomode, but HDR is not possible to activate. The Mastermode is underexposing why the exposure have been adjusted to +0,7. Because of the lacking HDR you are loosing in Highlight Details. And also I can not understand why I cant activate the Front Camera in Mastermode. Its a pitty I have still to use GCAM on such a camera-centric Smartphone

I have Xperia 1 V but I need long baterry life, so I have to make an upgrade to 1 VI.

So vivo x100 ultra is again the best?

Most of us Find X7 Ultra users appear to have gotten the update at the same time. That's good. Gradual rollouts of updates are dumb IMO. Unfortunately Diverse Engine has been updated, as expected, so AOD notifications are broken once again. Was unable to find the global apk so far. Maybe in a few days someone will share it.

Mate 50 Pro's Xmage engine removes the yellow like effects of the RYYB sensor that Leica tends to produce but both are good camera phones for me unlike other over hyped 1" sensor camera phones.

Still the same shitty lens for zooming that i have on my Xperia 1IV. They havent upgraded it since the iii just tbe zoom range. Same for the wide angle. If you have a iii and above this is a skip. I hate the zoom on my 1IV i try and zoom in to get some snaps on my dog and its always blury.

Everyone says to vote with your wallet. Considering the xperias are pretty much the last flagship option that has microsd and a 3.5mm jack, there's basically no option for me. Finally jumped up from a S10+.

Now Sony's camera interface back to xperia one. Just wondering what sperates its pro camera mode from other pro mode like Samsung, apple(dont know if they have), and other Chinese phone. On paper, all cameras are good, besides the sony 2 layer transistor sensor and Alpha Camera tech, anything else that makes Xperia camera pro mode stand out?

My impressions: THe change from 21:9 i could ignore, the 1080p low dpi screen i could laugh off but the AWFUL camera interface-even in its so-called pro mode being dumbed down for the idiot level is too much to take. No more Xperia for me if they keep up with this and ill be going back to my roots: Sony Cameras Nice first impressions though cheers

Hi! I read somewhere that this model doesn't offer a 16:9 aspect ratio in photos. Here at 4:41 I see confirmation of these comments. I know that I can crop it myself later, but it puts me off a bit - it's hard to believe that Honor doesn't provide this option by default in a such expensive photo model. Could this be a matter of an update, or does Honor not plan to enable it? Regards!

Does the Hollyland Lark M2 work with the Vivo X100 Pro (Global) version? I mean, most of us will probably use the Global version.

Also ich will dir wirklich nichts böses, aber deine Bilder sehen aus als ob ich die mit den Füßen gemacht hätte 😅..... Wenn du ein Makro Foto machen möchtest, dann gehe doch mal auf Telemakro Modus und dann wähle einfach mal so 170 mm aus. Dann stellst du die peaking Funktion ein. Jetzt suchst du dir einen Käfer oder etwas was sich langsam bewegt. Dann stellst du den Fokus auf ganz nah und jetzt gehst du so lange am besten gut abgestützt auf dein Objekt zu, bis es komplett im Fokus ist ( immer auf viel Licht achten) wenn du alles richtig gemacht hast, bekommst du ein Ergebnis was dich erstaunen wird. Ich habe schon genug Beispiel Fotos auf Facebook hochgeladen, da sieht man ja was möglich ist. Und die Belichtung ist ja auch easy. Das tolle an der neuen App ist jetzt ja, dass im Pro Modus separat gespeichert wird. Also dort habe ich die Belichtung auf -0,3 und immer auf RAW stehen. Die Belichtungsmessung funktioniert besser als beim 1v und achte mal auf den Autofokus! Der ist jetzt sowas von verbessert. Das ist wirklich krass..... Das Display ist ja wohl auch eine ganz andere Liga, nicht nur wegen der Helligkeit. Das ist eines der besten Displays überhaupt momentan. Der Zoom ist auch besser als beim 1v, allerdings sehr auf kurze Distanzen getrimmt würde ich sagen. Portraits z.B. werden schon ziemlich gut.... Lautsprecher sind ja wohl auch deutlich besser .....Du bist einfach zu negativ dem Gerät gegenüber eingestellt würde ich sagen😅 Aber wenn das hier ein halbes Update war, was war denn dann ein S24ULTRA oder iPhone 15 Pro. Also ich hatte das Pro i und habe es geliebt. Ich fand es bis auf die miserable Akkulaufzeit und das zu dunkle Display besser als das 1V. Der Autofokus z.B. war einfach besser. Das 1vi ist aber deutlich besser als das Pro i. Ich denke manchmal hat man einfach kein Bock auf ein gewisses Gerät, bei mir war es genau andersrum weil ich mit dem 1V einfach nicht richtig warm geworden bin. Das neue Format finde ich auch besser. Also für mich gibt's kaum noch was zu verbessern, außer die relativ kleinen Sensoren bei 16 und 85-170mm.... Andererseits würde dann der Makro Modus nicht mehr so gut funktionieren schätze ich und wie gesagt, dieser ist unglaublich.
