    Absolutely LOVE my open station LX2610. A remarkable machine! Bought it one year ago this past July now with 220 hours on the clock. Yes....I use it daily with one of the four attachments I also own.

    Very nice tractor. Quite a bit more creature comforts than my L2501 but where mine has to go, the cab cannot.

    I have the same tractor! I don't have the 3rd function or a grapple! that'll be the next upgrade!!
    Things I do have are pallet forks, a Mid mount mower, 3PT Kubota snowblower, 5ft Box scrapper.. 5ft Tiller I use for our large garden.. A Wallenstein PTO Generator for when the power goes out!
    The last 4 are all attachments I bought used for significantly less then they would cost New..
    Sometimes if the attachment is not immediately needed you can just search and wait until a good deal comes along!

      Always good to find a nice used deal, I’ve been keeping my eye open for a deal or two myself.

    Nice wheels. I have the open station model. I don't have the need for many attachments but then everyone's needs are different. Best attachments are one's that are multiple purpose and not one's sitting off to the side most of the time. Sometimes when you factor in storage space, maintenance and repairs it's cheaper to rent.

      As this property evolves the needs change, what I “need” today might not be handy in a year or so. I research everything to death and don’t just buy things on a whim.

    Enjoyed the video. It would be nice to have every attachment but not financially doable for many of us. So we do what we can.

      Thank you Ron, so true. We make do with what we have until that day comes.

    I own your predecessor the B2650. I absolutely love my cab and would never go back. I do wish i would have got the standard 50" bucket instead of the oversized 60" light material bucket. I am looking at purchasing one now when i can. I also wish i would have got the rear remotes. Haven't had a need for them in 4 years, but now I will be needing some

      Like mine if you got a loaded 60" bucket keep it low as long as possible and make sure to pay attention when raising or lowering. Mine tried to throw me a few times before I learned it's limitations.

    Same machine as mine. Took delivery December "21". My radio was a $240.00 add on. Feeling abused now.

      Exactly! Good thing we didn’t buy it for the tunes.

    You do a good job on your videos. Im planning to buy either a lx2610su or a L2502. Which would you recommend? Thanks

    • @MtTopLiving
      @MtTopLiving  Před 11 měsíci +1

      There is two feet of wheel base difference between the two. The Lx can lift a little more weight. You should make a list of how you want to use the tractor right away and future attachments. Will you use it on flat ground or hills? Answering these types of questions helped me decide on my Lx. The more time you spend answering these types of questions the more likely you will be happier with your purchase.

      Also remember the l2502 is alot more heavy duty but also weights 900 pounds more. If You need the weight and don't mind paying roughly $3500 ( payments go up by $40 more for 84 months, 0% is lovely, my payments are $310 for 84 months with $0 down) more for the l2502 then your good to go. I was on a budget and needing a good light tractor so I went with the lx2610 today. God bless and hope this helps someone....

    Great video…I have the same model of Kubota as well but I was told the larger tires will not fit mine. Do you have spacers on the rear? I have the hybrid rear R14’s in the 14-17.5 and fronts are 23- 8.50. I feel my tires are too small for this size of tractor. Thanks in advance. Nick. #mtntopwoodshop.

      Thank you. I do not have any spacers. I like the size for my property and how I use the tractor.

    Pretty much the same setup as my LX3310 but I went with the R14T's. Any word on the landplane? Ordered one myself Saturday before this week's price increase.

    • @MtTopLiving
      @MtTopLiving  Před 2 lety +1

      The one land plane I found was the 0560 and by the time I got back to them it was sold. I’m thinking the 1560 is what I’d like, it’s on the edge of the tractors hp. I’ll have to do what you did, order it. What size did you go with?

    • @Malpeque_Bay_LX3310
      @Malpeque_Bay_LX3310 Před 2 lety +1

      @@MtTopLiving I went with the GS1560. A bit heavier and I also ordered the rear facing blades so I can push or pull material. I don't think the 2610 will have any trouble with a 1560.

    • @MtTopLiving

      @@Malpeque_Bay_LX3310 my driveway is mostly flat so I agree the lx2610 should be fine. It’s too bad my local dealer is so hard to work with.

      @Malpeque_Bay_LX3310 Před 2 lety +1

      @@MtTopLiving That's too bad. My dealer is ten minutes away a day they're great to deal with but like most, not a lot of in-stock equipment lately. I think the scraper should be here in a few weeks so not bad compared to the 16 months I waited for my core aerator😄
