No need to fight or struggle every day it makes everything seem negative. Yes challenge yourself strive to achieve things and have goals. Life is suffering enough without making it more of a battle against yourself and what you 'need' to do.. Think of it as an experience happening for you rather than a fight or struggle for you to win. Take time to relax and chill out in nature, be present. Every day doesn't have to be an uphill war and you don't always have to be working your ass off.
