- A few weeks ago, I created a mod combining the BEST parts of every stat to a single person in Super Mario 3D World and attempted to speedrun the game as fast as possible with it. Today, I'm attempting the opposite: I've added the WORST possible stats to a single character and I'll be attempting to beat it as fast as possible again. Can I even beat the game?

Honestly, it would have been better if it was Metal Mario instead. The intense gravity, slow speed and jump height is fitting for a character that is literally a mario shaped metal character

Splash is poking at your wording. You called Metal Mario a “walking metal shaped Mario character”.
Something being “X-shaped” means the object you are referring to has the same shape as X, whatever X is. It does not mean the object is made from X.
With your wording, a “metal-shaped” character has the same shape as metal, but metal is not a shape, hence the question “What shape is metal?”.
Yoshi showed their strength by being the only one to accept the awful stats without crashing the game. Yoshi is powerful.

Now that you've combined the best and worst stats the game has to offer, you should see if you can bring the mechanics from other games into 3D World. Imagine rolling through there with F.L.U.D.D.

In his wariolanf games, he's pretty fast, can jump pretty high, and is probably just as, if not more versatile than everyone put together here.

@@hyperfairy7779Wario Land is a spinoff game. SM64 DS is a main series game so what it says takes precedent over Wario Land says for 3d world unfortunately.

Should've used Chunky Kong as the character, as he moves slow and cannot jump high. He's also functionally dead.

but you missed a perfect opportunity to put metal Mario in the game since he's bottom-heavy(increased gravity) Is metal (slowness) and could be slippery do to being metal.
Would love to see even more character mods like this! Maybe playable bowser or even pizza tower mechanics!

23:40 fun fact: you dont need the catsuit for this in normal gameplay. With some tedious corner walljumps, mario can get up there. The only character that cant is toad because of the high gravity, and peach is annoying bc slow

My explanation for Yoshi sounding like Mario is that this takes place in the Mario 64 DS universe where people can turn into whoever's hat they find. They still sound like themselves under the disguise.
