Wow, and R&B Divas with Miki Howard, Meli'sa Morgan, Allyson Williams, Angela Winbush, Sheila E., Patrice Rushen, or Stephanie Mills would've been so EXPLOSIVE!! just straight up amazing to watch these women tell their stories and bring the house down with their voices.
If it's still a drama filled show I can only see Miki Howard wanting to be a part of it. If they stick with the initial concept (a safe space), I can see some of the others participating.

As a viewer of “reality” TV for as long as I have been, I think sometimes you can forget that the people you see aren’t characters but a REAL person, and it was nice to get to hear and learn more about Nicci, the woman and not the chopped & screwed edited “R&B Divas” version of her. Re-watching R&B Divas today, I have no idea why Nicci was disliked. She spoke her mind but she was never mean and when she had an issue, she confronted the person instead of running her mouth behind her back.
I never disliked her but I must say as one of my favorite shows (so I remember every scene) I did feel she was a little aggressive and controlling. But in a good way because she wanted things to go right (and her way). I get it…I’m a Leo lol but it put a mirror up to myself to see how off putting to others that can be. Still, I enjoyed ALL the divas. I felt Monifah was the most humble, honest and mature of them all but Syleena was always my favorite!
