Thank you Steve for another episode of how to. Great work as usual. I learn something every time i watch you. You improvise like me. Just think of a way to get it done. You made a comment on the door having bondo as we saw inside. That door i believe came from a Fleetside pickup that had trim. I was watching another video when yours popped up and came right to it. Thanks again for the lesson. Keep em coming. Blessings. Thanks. Truck Driver Ray ✝️
I reckon I would weld the hole that was made by the stud puller. The one where you can see the filler coming through. You will only have grief in the future if you don’t. You’re doing a great job 🙂.
The filler you see in those holes were do years ago by someone this is where the side trim went. This is not the original door they do need to be welded in though
With Heat and Hammer🔨you sure can get alot done and you being very patient helps. Seems the PO didn't have much patience. As always Brother Gibs it's looking great. May God continue to bless you, your Pops and family each day Brother Gibs. Keep On Trucking Brother Gibs👍...
Thanks! I've learned a lot from watching your videos, all of them. Probably the most important lesson I've learned is that slow and stead wins the race. I have a 74 C10 and have tried some minor dent repair that turned out pretty good, but would have been better if I hadn't gotten carried away and beat the hell out of it first. I've never seen it posted, but are you a body man by trade or is this something you picked up on your own?
ah yes the ol pipe n rubber baby bumper trick with thumb dolly bonus footage. well done, that sucker is gonna be straight with a little mud n sand paper.
Watching you work those dents out is very inspiring to back yard guys like myself 👍🏻
You do really good metal work.
Ditto that!
You are an artist . Is it weird for me to say I get a little sad when it’s over? Keep bringing us this great content . I learned a lot from you!
Great content ! Your definitely a wizard when it comes to body repair. Explaining it in such detail for us to understand and do it ourselves.👍
I learned a new trick with that heat gun and iron pipe, it's getting there. Nice heat gun BTW industrial unit.
The happy hammer guy does it again. Awesome work as usual.

I think learning PDR would be one of the coolest skills to have and a great way to make some extra money on the side.
Git' R Done, glad to see you back at it man.
Beautiful. Shows how a bit of patience, elbow grease, and some ingenuity will pay off. Great work on those dents Mr Gibson.
I'm so used to watching your excellent patch panel work but this episode was a real treat. I really enjoyed watching you work the dents out.

I’m in construction work by trade never done body work before until I started working on these old trucks still a lot to learn
@@Gibson63. You're doing a great job for being self taught. Your other Chevys are top notch.
Thanks Steve! Nice work 👍😎
Ingenious way to overcome that long dent with that bar with the rubber at the end of it. Great job on the other dent removals too.
Thanks for another , Brother !

Great work thanks for sharing 👍🏽👍🏽
Good infomation....thanks.
Yes Sir!!!
that heat gun has a turbo!
Nice
Magic hammer work
Steve do you own a palm nailer. You could make different inserts for the driver but might be too deep for inside the door
No, do not own a palm hammer afraid I would do damage with that
Did anyone else see the face where the studs were
Do what are you doing making a driver beater or full blow finished truck let us know.
I’m Not going all out with this truck just a driver hopefully get this engine running soon
Hey Steve,. could a guy used the heat gun on that driver's side upper door dent? 🤔
No I would not recommend that too much of a crease and dent
