    It's too hard to move in 37 week .

    This exercise recommended last few weeks of pregnancy that i think from 9 months should do this exercise!! I also watch other video they said from 9 months!!!

    Personally I feel that pregnancy is not the right time to try out new exercises or exercise only towards the end of the pregnancy. It would be better to continue with one’s usual routine of exercises throughout the pregnancy and listen to one’s body as every person’s body is unique and different. Walking, light swims, simple strength training with light dumbbells, dancing if the mom to be used to dance a lot pre pregnancy and loves to; all these movements are great to be keeping fit. Not working out at all and then suddenly doing squats in the 3rd trimester might be challenging for mothers to be who have not been very active or facing other medical issues.

    I remember i was squating at 35 weeks 6 days march 15 at around 8-9 pm i was showing my friend how to squat. I didnt know thats not good for pregnant doing squat. Then march 16 my contaction start at 5 am and at 7 am water broke and delivered my son at 11 am
    Second time squat at 37 (still not know that happened too) i thought my baby just wants to come out. But i think im very sensitive to squat and labor faster. I went to a party, may 13, my friends were talking about squats to make our butt bigger lol. So i showed them how to squat. That was like 10-11 pm . I got home at 2 am. Contractions comes at 6 am . Getting worse contaction at 11 am. Went to hospital at 2 pm, delivered my daughter at 4 pm May 14 2020.
    Im pregnant again, i wont doing squat again until 38 weeks-39.

    Today I did exercises and squats on empty stomach. Just had a glass of water.. I am 38 weeks.willthere be any problem? I am feeling heart and stomach burning..please let me know is there any serious problem

      Its hard if you never do that. Try with squat for the beginner several days, then you may try to do this exercise

      Zeilah Fazal if the doctor gives u green signal and u were in a habit of exercise always then u can continue it , plenty of women around the world are labours and clean houses and mop floors throughout pregnancy
