  • Focus on concentration, breathing and exercising the perineum muscle for the later stage of your pregnancy. These will give strength and prepare your body for delivery. All dad-to-be can also involve in these exercises.

      There are several components to increasing fertility. One plan I found which successfully combines these is the Bevs Baby Boom (check it out on google) definately the no.1 remedy i've heard of. look at the incredible info .

    I think walking for 15- 30 minutes is more than enough... Most important is the breathing excercise which will definitely help u in last active stage of delivery.

    I'm going to do this. I'm 8 months and have not been able to workout the way I did b4 I got pregnant. it's been rough and I feel week all over. my hips are way tight. maybe this will help

    These two exercise , need to be done just like the vid said ? Do it until u think its enough and maximum is 3 time for each exercise ? This is my first time , so i got confuse as before pregnant , normally one routine of exercise need to be repeated 8-15 times or more 😬 sorry for my english not so good .
