I done cafeteria work, barista, and did hair for 10 years, now I'm my husbands worker lol working on my own is kinda sad and boring, everything is so predictable, I'll do hair again when my kids get older lol I cant live like this forever. Also, hard customer complaints are usually just policy problems, so if you know your policy and aren't afraid of confrontation in tough times, it's not hard. This just my opinion btw. I know theres customers from hell and thieves and crazy people, but they're not around everyday, majority of the time people are pleasant I think.
