In this arms and ab workout we are getting strong and defined abs and hitting all those upper body muscles--biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, chest, abs & obliques! This workout is intense but it's efficient and effective, and of course it's a struggle of fun. I know it sucks but you are going to feel so amazing at the end!
